Location,location,location No concierge on premises.front desk staff willing to help but not knowledgeable of what the city had to offer.No room service after 10 :00 pm, unless you ask for manager on duty assistance

Location, room, cigar lounge For a 5 star hotel it lacked the added comforts which should go with a 5 star rating The internet connection was exttremely poor and to have to pay for it is unreasonable given the price the hotel charges.

One staff working at the concierge cannot remember his name said he was from America, very friendly and helpful at the same time.. The same goes for the staff working at the executive lounge very friendly. Other than that i did not enjoy my stay there. The internet was not working in my room. They recommended i use the lounge wireless service or to change my room. The same goes with the shower, it was not working properly. Room service and eating at the hotel is too expensive and overpriced.

The staff were nice with us , the door man helped in giving us advices on where to go to as tourists. They gave us a free 30min to use the internet which was helpful to check our emails and flight information. The thing that was a minus for this hotel is the fact that we were not informed that the parking was not included in the price of the hotel or even that we had to pay for the parking because we are used to getting free valet parking and it just didnt cross out thoughts to ask them , so in the check out we ended paying another extra 161 Euros for the parking as we stayed for 7 days .

It is very near to the shopping area. There is no free Wi-Fi. My room air condition was working only as a fan and after it has been fixed, still it didn't work efficiently.

Location of the hotel and the fitness center with the pool. The facilities of the pool are rather old and need renovation. The hotel is very business, not that this is bad, but definitely not for romantic weekend (I'd better go for Fleming's then). The check-out took forever and the parking slot is quiet expensive for Germany - 23 Euro per night.
