It was a nice hotel,good reception, and nice room with a great facilities.. If i come to frankfurt again i will put it as my first choice.

The only thing i noticed and it really made me feel bad, that there is no (dont destirbe) signs on my room door.. So, every morrning i have room services knocking on my door.. Other than that every thing was excellant

Well, it is a 5 star hotel, with a 1 star service. I am a very frequent traffeler, but never had experience such bad service in a 5 star hotel. (Specific for the check-in. After arriving at the hotel, it took aprox. One hour before I was checked in, and could go to my room)

Great design of the hotel lobby, and attentive and nice staff. The food was excellent as well. I had some problem with the internet that I purchased but 2 personnel dedicated all their energy into figuring it out. They were very very nice and friendly and figured out the problem! The heated bathroom floors are amazing! I also had to order a gluten free dish and the chef accommodated my request and the person taking my calls suggested several alternatives and options. I liked their level of attention and willingness to help.

Wifi not included in the price of the room, would have preferred that. Other than than, everything was good!

the breakfast buffet could have some more fresh fruit, except apples+oranges...but the service staff go out of their way to accommodate anything you require

The hotel is exceptional. Lovely room, great breakfast, fantastic service and great staff. It is located very close to CBD and aldstat so very convenient.

For an expensive hotel I was disappointed to find wi-fi in hotel room is not free

Front Desk personnel. They charged me the breakfast which was confirmed in my room rate. A lot of tricky words... Be very carefull.

The restaurants, the spacious room, the swimming pool.

One out of five reception staff were terribly unfriendly, bossy and uncooperative. The rest were the exact opposite, friendly, cooperative and eager to help. Perhaps you should retrain the bad one ( a lady) or may be let her not deal with customers, especially foreign ones like myself !!

Wifi needs improving quite messing to use

I had a problem at reception while check-out. I requested late check-out (15:00) from Booking.com when I am making reservation and Booking.com was informed about my request. But your receptionist told me that they are not informed by Booking.com about my request. This miscommunication caused because of bad coordination between Booking.com and your hotel reservation department. Because of this problem I was not allowed for late chech-out until 15:00.

Location and size of public areas. Front office Staff was also polite.

Poor bath and room utensils (eg shower cap &slippers Paola pls find attached document of HSBC re charges. But I would expect your bank to do better before I prove to you that HSBC is doing better than them!!

Modern Hotel with luxurious rooms. Rooms are fully equipped including heated bathroom floor. Very friendly and efficient reception staff. Location is immediately adjacent to the main pedestrian shopping street and only a short distance away from a key subway station. Also very close to MacDonalds and Starbucks outlets. 30 minutes free WiFi per day. We were also permitted a slighty later check-out time which helped as we had an evening flight. All in all a very enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

Breakfast at Euro31 a bit pricey for us, so we made alternative breakfast arrangements.

Comfortable beds and good breakfast

Very bad soundproof in the rooms, was very noisy, could hear everything that the visitors in the next room are doing!

Noise, noise, noise in the rooms at the front. My compalains to the hotel manager remained un-replied!

Since I had a preferred room for VIP guests, everything was just perfect as you would expect from a hotel of this category. Although my colleague being on singleroom complained it was a little too small. A breakfast was excellent(!), however it is also quite pricey.

It was absolutely magnificent. I liked the garage directly under the hotel
