We stayed overnight on our way home after a 3 week European holiday. The location was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. It was great the restaurant was open late so we were able to have a lovely late dinner. Would definintely stay here again Our room was only set up for 1 person, although we booked for 2 so only one towel and not enough pillows when we phoned reception to ask for another towel and pillow we were told housekeeping was closed. Disppointing.

We really liked this hotel. Staff and facilites were excellent. Good central location. Comprehensive breakfast selection. Would recommend. We asked for a 5.30am wake up call which never came. Fortunately we were already awake. Reception staff were very apologetic. Otherwise no problems.

Hotel is fine but but poor value for money every thing so exspencive , 25 euro breakfast , 10 euro a drink at the bar. , international. Hotel but no English speaking channel. Clean warm comfortable to a point very lumpy pillows. Considering the price per stay not really good enough.

Im Bad war das Wasser braun, was aus der dUSCHE KAM.Ebenfalls war das Wasser in der Toilette abgestanden. (vielleicht gab es ja Handwerkerarbeiten an diesem Tag, aber das missfiel mir sehr!!!

Design und Lage des Hotels überzeugen. Leider auch hier die "typischen" Messeraten. Aber sonst gibt es nicht auszusetzen! 2 der gebuchten Zimmer hatten einen Wassereinbruch. Als entschädigung wurde man kostenfrei in ein höherwertiges Zimmer gebucht. Kann überall einmal passieren und hält uns nicht davon ab, das Hotel wieder zu buchen.

Die Lage ist perfekt - etwas ruhig in einer Seitenstrasse, aber zu Fuß ist man innerhalb von 10 Minuten an der alten Oper. Und das Parkhaus ist gleich nebenan, preislich für Frankfurt sogar ok.

チェックインの際、スタッフの出迎えが大きな声でこちらを本当に歓迎してくれているんだと、思えて気持ちよ- くとてもうれしかった。また、部屋から出て、食事とショッピングに行くと告げると ホテルに用意されている地図を開いて、行きたい場所をすぐに 案内してくれ、その地図をくれたことにとても感激した。 それから、家内のスーツケースのカギが壊れて締まらなくなったことを伝えるとガムテープで応急処置をすぐし- てくれて、大変助かった。初めての家内と二人の個人旅行にチャレンジしていたので、 こうしたことがとてもうれしかった。 特になし。
