Very nice and helpful staff! Got the room immediately although arrived a couple of hours earlier the check-in time. The rooms are spacious and clean, with the Nespresso coffee-machine, bathrobes and minibar with the very large selection of beverages. Would also recommend the lobby bar/restaurant - serves excellent food and cocktails and was ideal for me to watch the World Cup game between Germany and Argentina. The location of the hotel is also very convenient - 5 minutes walk to the Old city of Frankfurt and only 1 minute - to the shopping areas. No free wi-fi and Internet at all. |

Perfect location,few steps to subway.I liked westin executive lounge. Free internet and free breakfast in lounge for my room type. Friendly and helpfull staff. Room was big and well decorated. |

Their Service Staff was friendly. Room service/House keeping was quick and responsive. At the time of booking impression was given that payment will be made by me at the Hotel, and the Credit Card information is only as a Guarantee. Later when I reached, I was told the Cr Card has already been Charged. This is unfair. |

The food and drinks were great. I think it is rediculous to ask Euro 6 per hour when using the internet, this should be free of charge. Please let the cleaners not try to enter an occupied room at 7.30 in the morning.... |

Perfect location, just next to the main shopping area of the city, and 1 minute away from the nearest underground station. The hotel was luxurious, well-maintained, and with a nice touch of modern design. Our room was spacious, clean and we loved the espresso machine - a bigger selection of capsules would be nice. Friendly staff and awesome pastries at the main cafe / bar. No wireless Internet in the rooms. It was only available on some public areas of the hotel, and it wasn't free for guests. |

Very close to Zeil Shopping Area, but they increase our rate when we tried to extedn our stay due to flight cancellation. They were not able to offer the same booking rate when we try to extend our stay at the reception desk. |

I liked the decor and the vintage cars in reception are a great touch i was very annoied by constant intrubtion by house cleaning staff. First was rooms services (thats ok) Second was mini bar top up person (this should of been done when the room was serviced) third was a person to inspect the cleaning and service done (why?) forth was a man just to collect my room service tray (why seperate?). All this lead me to feel like i was staying in a train station not a luxury hotel room where i could not get any peace! |

The Hotel Staff was soooo friendly, the room size was very good, and the location was veeeeery prefect..!! As a 5 Star Hotel, it should at least offer one bottle of complimentary water, when we order water from the room service they charged us 3 Euros extra cost to the price of the water bottles, and when asked what was this for, the answer was this was the cost of delivering the water to the room..!! only few English TV channels was there. the Hotel Charges you for the Internet at the Business center..!! Bad housekeeping service. |

Excellent location, close to main shopping area and public transport. Incredibly friendly and efficient staff. Clean, comfortable, good-sized rooms. Selection of English TV channels was limited. Room service food was average. |

Location, lobby design First I booked a triple room without any problem when I checked in they told me we don't have triple classic room so you have to pay 50 euro more to upgrade your room.they charged me 87 euro for high speed internet but it was low speed and I couldn't open the pages unanimously.by the way this hotel is not a 5 star hotel at all!!! |

I thought staff were excellent and the hotel was unusual with its vintage cars on display I know the price was quite high because of the exhibition being on but I feel paying those prices breakfast should be included |
