Приехал в гостиницу на 6 часов раньше времени начала регистрации тем не менее мне предложили хороший номер чтобы я мог отдохнуть. Хорошее обслуживание. Отличный завтрак и оптимальное расположение. |

Располагающая к отдыху атмосфера, приветливый и профессиональный персонал отеля, чистота На мой взгляд - горничные должны лучше следить за соответсвием количества полотенец - количеству гостей, проживающих в номере (мы жили втроем - с малышом и были вынуждены ежедневно просить полотенца). Уборка номера должна производиться в удобное для гостей время - в соответствии с вывешенной табличкой на двери "Прошу убрать номер" |

I have stayed at The Westin Grand a few times and the most outstanding feature is the staff's friendliness. Also, its location, facilities and generally cosy atmosphere despite its size are all positive points. Access to airport also facilitated by the metro next door. Highly recommended. |

Location. Location. Location. Very comfy beds and great room amenites...loved the espresso maker in the room. Great security. Very helpful and friendly staff. Safe to walk around area at all hours. Fabulous Saturday morning market near the metro station, which is just steps from the front door. Only ten minutes by direct metro to the fair grounds. Wish the delicious breakfast and the internet charges were less...but after all it is a 5 star hotel. |

very convenient location, good sized room with all amenities, very good staff, enjoyed our stay On check in, without my knowing, 400 euros were charged to my credit card. If this is the policy, the guest should be notified |

very good central location, very neat and clean and overall very nice atmospher. Also, easy to walk to downtown and very friendly and accomodating staff. Europeans in general do not know what Air conditioning is and this hotel was no exception. Air was tepid at best and not cool but at least the air was moving in our room. |

I asked to arrange the mini-bus tour to Heidelberg, and then the person incharge the consierge immediately setup it, very impressive and well coordinated by taking into account our request. I always stay in this hotel in my business trip to Frankfurt, and this is my fabourite place to stay. Hotel staff people are very nice. |

Felt very safe there. Everything I needed was available in the hotel without having to go out and purchase. I was there as a single woman on a business trip. Would easily stay there again. |

Excellent location, within walking distance from the Zeil shopping mile. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. We were booked for a grand deluex room, however, when we came to check-in, we were offered with a classic room located at a distant location from the elevator. Excellent location, big and comfortable room, the bathroom was extremely nice, the in-room coffemaker fancy. The hotel bar has the very best selection of cocktails. All the staff extremely friendly and nice. |

Location was suitable for the meetings that I had scheduled in the city centre. The breakfast was excellent. Air conditioning in room was not good enough. I slept very poorly as the room was too hot in spite of the air con being on maximum setting. |
