Reception was fast and friendly. Very spasious lobby. nice new fixtures in bathhroom.

could not get the coffee maker to work.

Convenience of being a the airport and train station

Reception. Staff were excellent but no signs to say where reception was and the area was cold and clinical.

Rooms were comfortable, and the food of reasonable quality.

Neither the tv nor the WiFi worked in the first room we were offered (a member of staff tried to get these to work, but with no success). So we were offered a second room, where at least the TV worked. I accessed the internet with great difficulty (the system kept asking me for my fingerprint!); however, when we returned from dinner, the WiFi was disconnected, and refused to reconnect. So I just gave up at that stage!

The convinience of location.

The tariff is too high given quality of room and service levels.

We knew what we can expect from a Sheaton group hotels, and indeed it met our expectation.

Nice location for business

They should provide free internet facilities in the room for privacy as most of the hotels now provide free of charge internet facilities as an attraction to get more business.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. We were arriving about 7:30pm and leaving next day @ 10:30 for flt back to Canada.

We did not appreciate checking into our room to find the heat was on very high. We were not able to turn it down to a comfortable level. The maintenance personel tried to repair. After over an hour, we were finally moved to a different room - this wasted over an 1.30 mins of our short evening at the hotel. The hotel was not busy - the room could have been checked before our arvl, perhaps the cleaning staff should have been more vigilant. It is also costly to waste heating when there is no one in the room! Towells in bathroom were not of the quality we have come to expect at a Sheraton hotel.

We have stayed in many hotels all over the world. This Sheraton is at the top of all in ref. To comfort, friendlyness, cleanliness etc. They seem to have it all together. We would certainly recommend it and thank the staff and management for a very pleasant stay and relaxing night in very comfortable beds!

I loved the fact that it was in the airport and that there was no noise!

Didn't like the fact that the computers do not indicate how to use the keyboard (I neede to enter my e-mail address for something and couldn't figure out how to get the @key). I had to leave the keyboard, and find somebody to show me how to use it. That wasted 5 minutes of computer time.

There is no free internet in the lobby. This is amazing. Every other hotel I have been to, has free internet in lobby. Internet access in room unreasonably expensive. For example, 8 euro for 1 hour and 19 euros for 8 hours. Breakfast not included. The hotel is in Germany where breakfast is typically part of the price.

I always connect lh/ac at t1 so I o/n at hotel.

Your internet charge is too high when other hotels are free. The room rate is of poor value!

Have to walk 15 minutes to and from the place where it is allowed to smoke. Hotel should have a few smoking rooms and/or a "fumoir" some place for its customers.
