room size - location not really an advantage for those departing from terminal 2; airport bus still needed, which is akward for those with large luggage; hotels in the neighborhood are just as convenient and less costly. |

Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. They had me en-route to my Lufthansa flight in record time. My thanks to them and I highly recommend others give strong consideration when in Frankfurt. |

I like to travei by train in Germany. The location next to the airport and next to the railway stations is convenient Yes. It is certainly an expensive place. Not having a bar open before 6 pm is very disappointing. |

Convenience--proximity to airport and train station noticeably reduced the stress and strain of travel. one of the twin beds had a mattress that sagged in the middle. |

Staff was excellent! Very friendly and helpful, especially Martin Schoich! Room was clean and roomy, which was enjoyed by us. One reason we chose the Sheraton was so that our children could use the swimming pool. To their/our disappointment, the pool was closed due to construction. |

Shabby hotel with terrible maintenance. Corridors are simply not cleaned. Rooms are spartan and old. Staff is ok. Location is excellent. The hotel is widely overpriced. Not clean, not well maintained outside the rooms. The corridors are filthy. A bottle of beer outside the door next to mine was not picked up during my 24 hours in the hotel. Room service meals were left in the corridor for half a day or more. |

The consistency of the service, I stayed many times in this hotel and met always the same quality service The Hotel is situated at the Airport, behind it are vast forests, there should be a possibility to stroll through this forests, however there is no connection. |

It is connected with Frankfurt airport terminal 1 thus a great hotel location for those that need to stay somewhere for in between travelling The smell in the corridor. The fact that the windows dont open. It was not very clean... a bit depressing and dark. |

I was welcomed enthusiastically by all the hotel staff. The receptionist was especially helpful, Jenny Ducki. After waiting all day at Frankfurt Airport to try and get on a Lufthansa flight to the States, (no luck), I went back to the hotel. They upgraded us to a superior room. Jenny Ducki was working again, and seeing my 3 year old son very tired, gave him a Sheraton rubber duck for the bath and some kid's hotels slippers. It made him forget his long day at the airport very quickly. Also my husband booked through your website for the second night's stay, and when we got back to the hotel to check in, the booking had not come through yet. Jenny Ducki said not to worry, that we could check in because we were so tired. |

The staff was extremely helpful in accommodating me and my husband, who is mobility impaired. Staying at the Sheraton Frankfurt Hotel was the best imaginable solution for us who had to stay over one night between flights. The special room price which we booked under by pure chance made the deal even sweeter! |

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and I particularly liked the convenience of having the hotel so close to the airport. Frankfurt was a stopover to Croatia for me and after a long haul flight from Australia it was great to just walk to the hotel. |

I liked the closness of the hotel to the terminal and also the friendly staff i didn't like the furniture of the room..it is to old and uncomfortable .hotel should offer some amenities in the room like slippers,tooth brush,raiser blade for shaving especially that most of the hotel guests are travelers and just spending a night or two then continuing their travel. |
