Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel & Conference Center    

It is a very old property and certainly over priced. Would most definitely look for other options while in Frankfurt next time. Feel cheated.

Staff very good, we were able to check in immediately after 23 hour flight from Australia, nice king-size bed. Location is why we choose to stay here. We could go to other cheaper hotels, but this is so easy when you get off the plane very tired.

Bathroom needs updating, toilet difficult to flush and quite expensive

The staff was superb - really friendly, approachable and professional

I am a gold member and could have received an upgrade but I declined because I wanted to smoke. I went to the smoking rooms and they were not very nice - very dismal and uninviting. Smoker also pay full room rates and I do not feel that smokers should be treated second to non-smokers

Location, near the airport. That was the main reason on choosing the hotel.

When I arrive, after the check-in, we were sent to a room that was not clean, used by previous guests. That is unaccetable for a hotel with that fare( I should say of any fare!). This was compensate with a no charge of the late check-out, and also for the use of wi-fi. In my opinion, too litlle considering the situation that we were exposed.

PRICE - Over priced

Checking in took almost two hours!!! Because of a recent knee operation, asked for a room near the lift, got a room at the far end of the hotel. Went back to reception, got a room at the other far end!!! Went back to the reception, got a room near the lift but key did not work. Called over the phone to send someone with the correct key, no one cam to me. Went back to the reception to find out that I was checked-in in room 8005 and got the keys for room 5008!!! Other than that, hotel is perfect, cheers.

Way too expensive for what it offers: has cold atmosphere (deserted on a Friday night), bathrooms are old, wifi is payable (!). Only reason to stay there is its location, which is excellent

Old as I am, I had to ask how to use the phone. There were no instructions in the room.

The staff was not well trained. The beakfast was extremely expensive and thus we went through the room service solution,we paied in cash every day and we were not given the respective invoices.We asked the front desk many times to receive the invoices and we finally didnt. The staff was not well trained.Unfortunately although we visit this hotel tha last years for business trips.I Am afraid this was the last time.

Breakfast cost 32€ per person per day and for three persons they asked 96€ in addition to the very high price. My room was very old and the bathroom even worse. But the most annoying thing was the smell of the 5th floor not in the room but at the hall

Excellent stay, close to the airport and a reasonably short train ride to the city.

Good location with friendly staffs.

Hardware in the hotel room is 3 star at most, the only aspect meets 5 star is its price.

Wifi should have been included in the room free of charge. Breakfast also should be included in room rent.

Sheraton style not that as Sheraton Bankock & Lankawi Breakfast facilities included Cloack room facility not available, feel dificulty and have to deliver the luggage at airport
