View, staff and location are all excellent.

They charge for everthing.I want a spoon in my room and they demanded from my side 3 Euro, unbelivable, wireless costs for 24 hours 14 Euro.Even if you are in the lobby , you must pay.

The staff were willing to help but not much was at their disposal.

I have paid 200+ Euros per day; how come they did not have pair of slippers in the room. I woke up by 9 pm and wanted to take my medicine; surprise, the bar is empty and we need to ask the bar to be filled. The first time I have seen such thing. The Almaty Holiday Inn wasn't better (lat in may 2012)

Male staff lack positive attitude toward customers.

Condiments at breakfast served in environmentally friendly way - no extra plastic. Public transport right in front of the door: downtown in around 15 minutes on bus.

no complementary internet is normally a reason not to book for business travelers. scrambled egg was made from powdered egg at breakfast, sounds petty but i did notice it.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, view from the top floor rooms is brilliant.

The breakfast is ridiculously overpriced. The breakfast is acceptable, not exceptionally good, but far too expensive. The internet connection is not stable, probably doesn't have the advertised bandwidth, and is far too expensive. The only reason to stay here is to attend a local conference.

Very well located for getting into the centre of Frankfurt by either walking or bus. The room was extremely confortable and well presented. Staff very helpful.

I didn't like the costly extra's. 20euro per night parking, 17 euro per 24 hour internet, 17, euro per day breakfast.

Bra Hotell med stor god frukost, ligger bra med buss alldeles utanför dörren så det är lätt att ta sig till city och mässan.

Ingen WiFi ! den som fanns kostade alldeles för mycket för att det ska vara ok 5e euro I timmen ! Dåligt ! Dator rummet var bortplockat ! man kunde ha ett hot spot ställe för fri surf på ett sådant hotell ! 2013

20 € Parkgebühr ist zu viel !!!

1)Дважды оплатил интернет (хотя он формально свободный) на 24 часа, но не смог толкои использовать...а во второй раз и вовсе не смог соедигиниться. 2) удержали стоимость за непрожитые сутки.

Ja, ik vind het onaanvaardbaar dat men anno 2012 nog 26 euro durft te vragen voor een Internet-verbinding van 24 uur, en dan is de bandbreedte nog niet eens de moeite.

Das sehr freundliche hilfsbereite Personal, das tolle Zimmer, die schöne Aussicht, das Essen, und vieles mehr... ich könnte noch eine Stunde schreiben. Ich komme wieder und freue mich schon jetzt darauf. Danke!

Es gibt nichts aber auch gar nichts was mir nicht gefallen hat.
