Nuestra visita ha sido en febrero. Hacia mucho frio en la habitacion y a pesar de nuestras quejas, no se soluciono. Teniamos dos habitaciones en diferentes plantas y en las dos hacia bastante frio hasta el extremo de pedir mas mantas. No tienen en el cuarto de baño ningun extra, solo y extrictamente el jabon/champu. Toallas de ducha, no de baño. No recomendariamos a nadie este hotel

Clean close to where I wanted

I booked this stay because I was assigned to Frankfurt in the early-mid 80's and wanted to go back to see the sites of Sacsenhausen, Roma Platz and the Main river. All of which are located close to the hotel. The view of the Frankfurt skyline was great from my room and the front dest was very helpful. I do feel the breakfast was a little pricey (23.00 Euro), they did not offer a military rate nor accept a value added tax (VAT) form.

Its cleanness and since we were in 20th floor! we could see the whole city of Frankfurt!

the air conditioned dont work. The solution was one portable with a lot of noise and in bad condition. Not acceptable for the Holiday Inn Group.

可是网络太贵，网速太慢。早餐也太贵。或许可以加一部分费用到房费，含早餐。地方有点偏，周围没什么餐馆和- 设施。

Der Anruf,den ich getätigt habe um eine Frage zur Buchung zu klären wurde mir sehr genervt und widerwillig geantwortet.Bei so einem Hotel und deren Ansprüche ein absolutes No-GO!!!

Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Frontoffice-Mitarbeiter. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, gute Anbindung.

Einrichtung schon etwas älter, Türen schließen nicht richtig, daher war ein permanentes Heulen der Zugluft im Raum vernehmbar. Zimmer sehr hellhörig - die Geräusche der durch einen speziellen Schließmechanismus sehr laut zufallenden Türen und Feuertüren bis spät nachts waren störend. Ich wurde 2x sehr früh telefonisch geweckt, ohne einen Weckdienst bestellt zu haben. Das Hotel war komplett ausgebucht und das Servicepersonal dafür sichtlich zu wenig - an der Bar warteten wir anderthalb Stunden auf einen Salat, die Begründung war, dass das Hotel voll sei und die Küche auf einem anderen Stockwerk, sie kämen nicht mehr hinterher. Speisekarte nicht auf Vegetarier eingestellt.
