The staff at NH were amazing. They went out of their way to book us tickets to the Caberat aswell as reserve us tables at restaurants and give us directions and local inside knowledge and tips. The rooms were lovely and very affordable. The saunas were a perfect end to a long day. |

Rooms were clean and tidy. Facilities were good. we booked hotel at a set price but even with the confirmation they charged us 10euros extra for every room and we had 13 rooms. feel staff did not care just wanted extra money and said it was booking.coms fault. As we were in a different country and could contact no one we had no choice but feel we were robbed and this left a sour taste to the whole holiday. |

At the moment we arrived, the reservation was unknown!!! We had to book another two rooms!!! Very poor!! |

Ich war nur zum Schlafen da. Für diese Zeit war es okay. Bei Ankunft war ein unangenehmer Geruch (evtl. Fäkal...) in FS und in der Etage vorhanden. Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption waren zumindest während der Nachtzeit der dt. Sprache nur mäßig mächtig. Der Lärm der B1/B5 dringt bis ins Zimmer! |

Personalen var fantastisk, vänlig och effektiv. Man marknadsförde ett gym som inte existerade. Man hade en (trasig) träningscykel, det var allt. |

Ondanks we een superiorkamer geboekt hadden kregen we een zeer kleine kamer. Na hierover geklaagt te hebben kregen we de opmerking, "jammer het hotel zit vol". Na een uur kregen we dan toch de kamer waarvoor we betaald hadden. |

Disponibilità e cortesia del personale; quartiere perfetto vicino al centro ma non immerso tra i turisti. Camera calda ed accogliente. Servizi metropolitani molto vicini. La colazione (comunque non obbligatoria) costa quanto una cena completa a Berlino centro. Non comprendo i prezzi assurdi del frigo bar. |
