Very expensive. Breakfast is expensive. I dont understand also what is the issue with changing money, i think that the reception man didnt like me thats why the story was: i wanted to exchange some USD into EUR. I came and i asked do u exchange ? he answered "no". me- but you have rates mentionned behind you. Him- yes but are you a guest of this hotel? i said - yes, and i would like to exchange 200 USD. I put 200 USD and he said - no we dont exchange 100 USD, only small money, 50 USD highest. I asekd why and with fake and not nice smile he replied "management order " i dont know , are there really such regulation in this hotel ?

Breakfast, staff care and friendliness. general comfort. Quality and condition of fittings Location was ideal for transport and access to the city.

Pillows were awful, mattress uncomfortable. The room temperature not easily controlled

Wifi costs 14 euro, as well as parking . No free breakfast either. Paid 90 euro for 1 night.

Two things I didn't like: 1. I have always stayed in different hotels around the globe, but first time in my life where a hotel would charge me for its parking !!! How come the parking is not included with the hotel rate?? 2. The bathroom towel were not clean and could found old hair in one of the towels

Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good, easy walking distance to the old town, restaurants and to the railway station.

Staff were ready to help at anytime, loacation was okay.

Parking cost was a bit expensive; No free wifi which I found it rediculous in most of Europe Hotels.

Bad Internet service,

Good location. Reasonable restaurant. OK quality for Freiburg.

They have a HUGE problem at reception... check in / check out can take 15-20 minutes. 1 staff member dealing with long lines and answering phones too. Happens over and over (I stayed there 10+ times this year). Tried to tell management but no interest, and don't care. Steady decline over the last 2 years. If you are a light sleeper, between the garbage trucks in the back, and the trains in the front, and the drunk students any night, don't bother. No climate control in the room and typically stuffy.

This was a staging point on a longer journey. Liked booking via Booking.com, hotel location, ease of access from motorway, secure garage, friendly reception, excellent room.

The location was brilliant. Right opposite the main Railway and Bus Stations.

Only one criticism of this hotel was that the Spa facilities were a bit of a let down. The sauna was not on and the pool freezing. The hotel is very much aimed at business travellers. Saying that would stay again as staff were brilliant.

Large modern hotel. Very clean and mostly all you would expect for a hotel of this type. Large room with good shower and excellent parking. Nice and quiet. Staff was very nice!

Pool is way too cold, shallow and small. Very disappointing. It looks great in a photo, but hardly worthy of being called a pool. (Sauna was good though) Breakfast was crazy expensive at €18! You can get breakfast for €4, 50 just out the door to your right and a 3 minute walk away.

Close to station. Close to centre. Clean. Breakfast good, clean and quick. Good service.

I liked the position - very close to the center. The room was clean and well kept.

The double bed was too small. It was difficult to adjust the water in the bath. Overall, the price of 120 euro was to much. It could have been 90.
