They have a great sauna,the staff were very friendly also,free internet in the lobby too. Not much on the room service menu,indoor pool not heated and very small. |

A very clean, efficient business style hotel situated directly in front of the main railway station near the old town. A spacious single room with a good bathroom shower facility. Large airy open public rooms. Well recommended. I did not see an option to include the breakfast in the booking. I felt chivvied by the staff about this, even to the extent of being asked to pay for my breakfast when I went to the toilet facilities halfway through my meal. |

The hotel was close to both the station and the city centre. It had good facilities and we were able to use trams and buses to easily get around the city and countryside. We could have enjoyed more of the facilities, such as the mini bar, which were included in the price but not told about until we checked out. |

I like the surrounding area close to all station and shoping areas, close to Europa Park I dont like in the hotel the pay channels since the hotel for families they shoud remove all the pay adults moves. They should provide additional computers for internet access. |

Staff were receptive and friendly and upon request, changed our room (due to extreme temperature) and provided us with a fan. The indoor pool was good. Excellent proximity to rail station, but not worth it in mid summer (as you will not sleep due to poor room ventilation). This hotel does not compare well to other 4 star hotels we have stayed in this year in Europe. Our first room was stiflingly hot with no airconditioning and the street below was so noisy, opening the windows was not an option. We requested a room on the other side of the hotel for our second night which was marginally better. Overall we slept very little at this hotel due to the heat and also very sad looking, rather empty pillows. |

Nice room, plenty of room. Nice bathroom. Freindly staff. convienent to train, conference center and downtown. It was expensive, then tehry charge 15 euro for breakfast, and another 15 euro for internet. That means it was 140+ euro a night if you needed those things. For that much, I could have stayed elsewhere and been better off. |

nice design, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet, clean room, nice bathroom the air conditioning / ventilation was running noisily from around 9 am to 10 pm and could not be stopped even after having complained with staff |

The staff were very pleasant and were more than willing to help us with any questions we had. We had the Bear Claw Galic Soup in your restaurant and would really like the recipe if possible. Thanks, John and Janet Elders We had requested a non-smoking room but found cigarette butts outside the window of the room on the overhang and nicotine stains on the sink. |

The location Some of the staff are not so friendly. The internet cost of 18 Euro/h is too high. The wall and the carpet are dirty. It is nothing but a 3 star hotel. |
