눉When my checking in, the woman at front desk denied my booking without any effort to find out my name in their booking list, and said to me that there were no booking under my name through booking.com and I shall call booking.com to ask there were some error by booking.com. 20 to 30 minutes after she found my name in their booking list, simply because their mistake of sorting, I guess. Her attitude was so cold-hearted, not supportive not kindness, I have never experieced at hotels I have stayed.
Right after checking in, we went to the hotel restourant, that was alomost last order time. Some of our group, 8 people, went first and 4 people including myself went later about 10 minutes because of above trouble. The table were prepared for 12 people so that the first group requested, however the hostess of the hotel restaurant never treated us (later 4 people), even not delivered manu nor table set, until she served wine and the first dish to the first group of 8 people. It was obvious that we were same group as table was set for 12 people, but she treated discriminately as if we were two deferent groups. So we felt very much bad feeling, such that we could not make a toast altogher, later 4 people group were laft behind, could not have anything for the first half an hour, even withour menu nor a glass of water.
