Spacious well designed rooms, high end kitchen appliances, closeness to pedestrianised zone of the resort

The apartment exceeded our expectations. Spacious sitting area with large separate bedrooms with private shower. Close to shops and restaurants.

Too far to walk to the ski slopes. Unnecessarily complicated and small code locks in the entrance and in the door to the apartment.

A full tray of cake wellcomes you in the room which is very clean and comfortable. The stuff is always there to solve any sort of problems. There is a free parking area and the apartment is at walking distance to everything you may need in Garmisch.

The place is centrally located at Garmisch, near bus station, restaurants, supermarket, railway and taxis. The owners are very helpful and nice. They allowed us to take our dog and provided dog bed and bowls. The loft was very clean and providing all kitchen supplies you need for one week vacation. If you plan to use public transportation to go to the sloaps, bear in mind that the interval is quite long. However, taxi ride cost as little as 8 Eur.

The only thing that was a little inconvenient was that for whole week there was no cleaning provided.

Great place and I highly recommend; we stayed 3 nights and loved every minute of it. Everything but the groceries are including here. Very modern apartment and within a few meters from the pedestrian zone. Next time we come back to Garmisch, I hope this apartment will be available.

Gudrun took very good care of us during our stay. The place was perfect for our family get together. We had a a fully well equipped kitchen and a fabulous deck for sunning amongst the mountains. We were welcomed with cake and champaign as a special surprise. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Freiraum Zentral! The location was fantastic, just off of a walking street filled with shops and restaurants and a 10 minute walk from the train station. The apartment was roomy and clean and well-appointed. The woman who greeted us on the first night was very friendly and put together a terrific welcome packet loaded with local events and attractions. She even provided a delicious pastry for the morning since we hadn't had a chance to buy any groceries due to the lateness of our arrival. If we ever return to Garmisch, I'd definitely like to stay there again!

We liked everything. A terrific place.

Mrs. Lowitzki is fantastically nice! She gave my new wife and I with my family a beautiful cake and Sekt as a welcome gift. She also gave us great tips for the surrounding area. If I travel with a large group back to GAPA, we'll stay there again (if it's available).

Only one improvement needed: floor towels for in front of the shower

Facilities and location were super!! I'll be back.

Gudrun the owner was great and helpful. I wish she would have explained the hiking options especially the value of buying a Zugspitz Gold Card. We spent money we should not have before we figured it out ourselves.

The level is good as it is realy not a hotel but it is a tourist city house and it has agood value for money and it is in the garmish city center

i stayed at the first floor and i got my family baggages and there was no elevator or helpers so it gave me hard time in the 1st and last days

We had a lovely stay here. The owner was friendly and very well organised (she had prepared a folder with lots of useful information in English for us). The apartment was in an excellent (very central) location for walking around the town. The views from the loft windows were awesome!!! We would stay here again.

Only that you had to be careful not to bump your head on the low beams in the bathroom and bedrooms. The stairs were very steep and I wouldn't recommend it for very young children.

Clean and comfort , there is washer machien in the basement with iron and table

It was two flour and it was bad for me because I have 2 year kid

Wonderful location in downtown Garmisch. One block off of the main pedestrian area, convenient for shopping, sightseeing, restaurants. Alps visible in all directions! Free parking and internet. Available laundry facilities.

Super ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Betreuung. Sehr gut gelegen, direkt an Fußägngerzone und doch ruhig. Perfektes Preis-Leisungsverhältnis. Sehr zu empfehlen und gerne wieder

все кровати двухспальные, нет стиральной машинки. All beds are two bedrooms, no washing machine.

Todella viihtyisä, siisti ja tyylikäs huoneisto aivan kävelykadun vieressä. Ei minkäänlaista valituksen aihetta. Asuimme kahden makuuhuoneen huoneistossa. Vauvansänky mahtui hyvin toiseen makuuhuoneista. Ruokapaikat ja kaupat aivan vieressä, Hausbergin hiihtohissille alle kilometri. Mahdollisuus käyttää ilmaista bussikuljetusta. Lähimmälle bussipysäkille N.400m.

ääNet kuuluvat huoneistojen välillä aika hyvin. Mikäli viereiseen 10 hengen huoneistoon sattuu kovin äänekäs porukka, ei ehkä niin kiva aikaisin nukkumaan menevälle lapsiperheelle.

Очень гостеприимная хозяйка, по случаю рождества испекла нам пирог, апартаменты идеально чистые ,на кухне есть все необходимое, очень удобное расположение отеля: вид из окна на центральную пешеходную улицу и горы, неподалеку находится супермаркет, информационный центр, магазины. Прекрасные апартаменты , замечательный город! Всем рекомендуем.

Скошенные, местами низкие потолки на 2 этаже и отсутствие крючков/шкафа для верхней одежды

viel Raum zum spielen, gemeinsam essen, lachen, Spass haben mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern und dessen Freunden, Betten gut, einzelne Zimmer sehr gut, sehr Zentral gelegen, kurze Anfahrt zum Skifahren, Besitzerin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, zum empfang frischen Kuchen und eine grosse Flasche Sekt

Expressomaschine defekt, keine Handtuchhalter in den WC, keine Toillette im oberen Bereich, keine Halterungen fur Jacken, Handtucher oder Geschirrtucher, Bademantel versteckt in kleinen Boxen, keine Reinigungsmittel fur den Whirlpool

Eigentlich alles.. das loft war einfach super schön und auch modern eingerichtet... preis und Leitung stimmen einfach super überein.. für junge Leute gibt es meiner Meinung nach nichts besseres...

Sehr schoen designte und saubere Wohnung.

Fenster haben so gut wie keinen Schallschutz, daher manchmal etwas laut.

Avendo soggiornato in una settimana molto calda ad agosto si è fatta sentire la mancanza di aria condizionata nelle camere posizionate sotto il tetto.

موقع الفندق ممتاز مره اما من ناحية النظافه فهو قمه في النظافه تعامل صاحبة الفندق ممتاز انا انصح فيه وبشده ولو حصل وزرت غارميش ماراح اسكن الافي هذا الفندق

الذي لم يعجبني هو شي واحد مدخل الفندق الايعطيك انطباع جيد عن الغرف بس بعد ماتتدخل الشقه تتغير نظرتك مره
