The room itself was nice but you have to carry your bags up a flight of stairs to get to the elevator. There is NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE service provided by this hotel. To get to/from the airport is a EU 24 taxi ride!!

For a supposed 4* hotel the bar area, although seemingly traditionally finished, was cramped. However, the main concern was the price that was nearly 3 times the normal. I have never stayed in a hotel that charged over 300 euros and still expected guests to pay for internet access. The free internet in the reception area was desperately slow and unusable for business guests.

Очень удобное расположение, не очень далеко от аэропорта, 20 евро на такси. Завтраки хорошие, немного дороговато, но в рамках разумного. В качестве переночевать около аэропорта - самое то!

Nähe zum Flughafen und zur Innenstadt sowie ruhige Zimmer trotz Nähe zur Straße und Bahn; Frühstück überdurchschnittlich gut, reichhaltig und frisch..zumindest um 6:00 Uhr früh. Ungenaue Erklärung bzgl. Nutzung WiFi. Toilette offensichtlich vorher benutzt und mangelhaft geputzt!!! DER Supergau für den Gast! Scheinbar kein Desinfektionsmittel im Hause. Beim Kaffeekochen auf dem Zimmer weitere unangenehme Entdeckungen: Sowohl die Tasse wie auch der Löffel waren sehr nachlässig gespült (vermutlich gar nicht gespült..sondern es wurde nur schlampig 'drüber gewischt'..Im Restaurant Suppe sauer (kurz vor dem Umkippen) und ohne "Ochsenfetzen" (laut Karte mit); reklamiert. Kellner bedauerte dies. Nach Rücksprache mit der Küche Feststellung: Der Lehrling hatte vergessen Fleisch in die Suppe zu tun..und konnte immerhin zustimmen: Die Suppe war irgendwie sauer..Ein Teil (von Dreien) vom Backhendl roch unangenehm alt. Der "Küchencheflehrling" konnte dies jedoch nicht bestätigen. Offensichtlich gibt es sowohl in der Küche als auch beim Putzservice erhebliche Hygienemängel. Immerhin: die Suppe wurde nicht berechnet..ich hätte jedoch sehr gerne für ein einwandfreies Essen 'voll gezahlt'. Am schlimmsten war jedoch die Diskussion am nächsten Morgen mit der Rezeptionistin. Nach all dem Debakel war der Dame nur ein "OK" zu entlocken.. Eben nicht OK! Frau Rezeptionistin! Vorschlag das Frühstück nicht zu berechnen, wurde schließlich mit den Worten akzeptiert: Ich will mit Ihnen darüber nicht mehr diskutieren, nach dem Motto. Der macht hier ein Theater, damit er das Frühstück nicht bezahlen muss. Eine unglaubliche Frechheit! Fazit: der Gast ist nicht König sondern ein Störfaktor. Offensichtlich ein schlechtes Management!

The hotel staff were very helpful, efficient and friendly. They also spoke very good English. The restaraunt and bier garten were also very nice. Rooms were clean and looked exactly like the online pictures. A very short walk to the train and bus stattion.

Zimmer, Hotel und Frühstück sind dem Hotelstandard gut angemessen. Kostenfreies W-LAN sollte bei einem solchen Hotel Standard sein. Die Lage an einer Durchgangstraße und an der Bahnstrecke erlaubt es bei Zimmern nach vorne nicht mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen.

The hotel was comfortable and pleasant. My room was a comfortable siza and had plenty of light for reading or writing. Breakfast was not included in the room price. The breakfast was good enough, but at 21 Euros, it is much too expensive.

Das Fruehstuecksbuffet ist sehr gut und reichhaltig, sollte aber bei uns ploetzlich nicht im Preis inbegriffen sein, obwohl bei Booking.com als Zimmer mit Fruehstueck gebucht! Die Abholung am Flughafen hat trotz Vorbuchung als Park-Sleep-Fly nicht geklappt; das Taxi kam erst nach etwa einer Stunde. Kein eigener Flughafen-Shuttle Zimmer sind verwohnt und nicht sehr sauber.

Good location near Munich Airport. Short walk to downtown area where there are lots of shops and cafes. The hotel restaurant closed at 5pm, which was inconvenient for us. However, this did allow us to walk to the town center to find a place that was open.
