Romm size was very comfortable. 1 Yes, it was acclaimed to be situated near the S-/U-Train station. About 10 min can hardly be called 'near'.2 - We did ask specifically for a silent room but got one at the streetside with heavy truck traffic. |

The staff was helpfull, thou sometimes all of them did not speak that good english but we could understand each other. Breakfast is fabolous, they even have salmon! The restaurant is really beatiful and comfortable, recommended. Our room was big and there was one window wall, we could see to the street and it was not noisy even in the night. Good bathroom. I really liked our room. Internet to your room was 8€ per hour or 29€ for 30 days, which is quite strange because many don't stay in Hotel for 30 days...they should have 24h rate also. |

the included breakfast was great. nice variety. the room was also very clean, comfortable bed. when checking out, we were charged for seeing a paid movie. the fact of the matter was that we pressed the wrong button on the control and entered straight into one of these movies, without being asked to enter yes or no. even though we got out of the movie within seconds, we were charged the 13.50 euros. |

This hotel is fantastic. It is functional, in a good location with a great breakfast and really helpful staff. There is free bike hire available as well which saves you over 10 euros a day. All in all, highly recommended. the gym is poorly equipped. |

The hotel is centrally located and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. _No free wireless connection in the room which is a shame for a hotel of that standard (you have to pay 8 Euros per hour!!). You can have access to the internet in the hotel reception but the connection is very slow and the comfort terrible. _Beware of the poor snacks that they pretend to offer in the room because you will be charged for that. The staff at the reception do not smile enough. |

The hotel was located in the very nice area of Friedrichshain with small shops and many cafes and restaurants just around the corner. Public transport was close by, from where all other areas could be easily reached (and Schönefeld airport was even on the same S-line), and also a few sites (such as the East Side Gallery) were within walking distance. |

The service and friendliness of the staff was excellent. The rooms were spotless and everything we needed was there. The breakfast buffet was very good and the presentation and variety superb. |
