rauhallinen sijainti, mutta kuitenkin lähellä pääkatua. Suhteellisen lyhyt matka metroasemalle ja raitiovaunulle. Hyvä sänky nukkua. |

Very clean with comfortable rooms. Very good boufet breakfast. Staff, particularily at the reception, very capable and helpful. Slightly out of city center. Bathroom towels a little small. No second bedside lamp in our room. |

Great location in Friedrichshain, hotel staff were very helpful, room was a good size and bed was comfortable. Did not seem to have airconditioning? No real complaints, but for a four star hotel, I've stayed in more upmarket properties elsewhere for the same price. In-room internet was to expensive - 9 Euro per hour now! |

Travelling with a baby, it was wonderful how the room had been set up in advance with baby crib (nice, clean, wooden model), changing area with pad, baby bathing tub, and cute little baby potty. The staff were also helpful with my daily request to switch out ice packs in their freezer, and they were able to provide a hot-water heater so my English mother-in-law could make tea. The breakfast was excellent (as per others' reviews), and dinner in the restaurant was also very good, especially the seasonal menu items like the pumpkin soup with the mushroom strudel. We also thoroughly enjoyed the Friedrichschain neighborhood--though away from the main tourist area, we felt like we were in the "real" Berlin, which we thoroughly enjoyed. There was no temperature control in the room, specifically air-conditioning, which I can understand might not be necessary most of the time, but during our stay it was very warm in the room. The fan (once we discovered it) was helpful, though. |

Brakfast was supposed to be up until 10.30 however you felt pressurised to leave before this time and the breakfast bar was cleared away promptly. |

i was running the marathon so having a breakfast at the hotel was great.the staff were really friendly and helpful lack of kettle/drinks making facilities in the room, although i never asked at reception for one!!! but i do think for the price of the room one should be automatic as well as an iron but i am being picky! |

The breakfast was excellent, hotel staff were very nice and helpful, location was brilliant for our stay and the hotel was in close proximity to the city which was easily accesssed by public transport. An excelllent all round experience. |

Hotel just a short walk from the station, no trouble getting to all parts of the city. Staff very helpful, no problem with English or in understanding our attempt at German!. Small roof terrace & garden nice for a quiet evening drink. Really great breakfasts - big selection catering for most tastes, nicely appointed clean room. A little too hot at times - air con would've made it very comfortable. We were at the front of the hotel and slept with the window wide open, it wasn't too noisy. The free bikes were fully booked whilst we were there but there is a bike hire place just 'round the corner. |
