The location and the problem-solving attitude of the man at the reception.

I was initially assigned a room with no wi-fi connection. So, I had to change room to find one with working connection. This was a bit disappointing, but the problem was finally solved.

This was our second visit. Warm welcome as before. Comfortable, well- furnished room and adequate breakfast.

Attractive trad style hotel where good few celebrities stayed, at least in the past. Spacious rooms, high windows and ceilings, carpets all in very good nick throughout. There is a fetching dining room downstairs which is quite popular with locals. You may get even a flute of sparkling in the morning although the breakfast itself is a tad boring.

Might be a bit noisy in the morning due to deliveries next door. Free overnight car parking is very limited but there is an underground garage for a small fee.

The central location and in such a lovely part of the town was perfect for me. Very friendly and helpful staff. This was my second visit to Der Fuerstehof. I would recommend it to everybody.

Located in the very center of Kempten, this hotel offers good value for money. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Nice and spacious rooms. Undeground garage. Good breakfast.

No kettle in a room. And no chance to get it from the staff.

Friendly reception staff, very helpful to show is where to park the car. Excellent breakfast. Couldn't be closer to the Christmas markets if you tried.

Staying at Der Fuerstenhof reminds one of a medieval castle with beautifully appointed interior. The spiral staircase is lovely and makes a pleasure not taking the elevator to the room. Breakfast is good with nice bay windows, outside is snowed during our visit. The Kempten Christmas market is a step away from the front door. Staff are excellent.

resturant and bar were advertised as part of the hotel, in fact they were seperate we tried to get a meal in the resturant one night , it was full. so we dide'nt bother anymore..

I liked its location and the fact that it was in an old part of the town. I found the staff very welcoming and friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The supermarket to the rear of the hotel commenced unloading pallets of merchandise at 0645 on Saturday morning. The truck was directly below my window and it was disturbing for about 30 minutes. I appreciate that a hotel in the centre of a town really can do very little about that. I should be very glad to stay in the same room again - even on a Saturday morning.

Very comfortable room with spacious bathroom. High level of equipment and furnishing. Welcoming staff. Excellent, good value evening meal in basement restaurant (which saved us from having to rain the torrential rain), superb buffet breakfast. Close to old town centre. Secure parking.

Access to the hotel by car was rather difficult, mostly because roadworks had created diversions which meant our directions to the hotel were messed up. Obviously not the hotel's fault, though.

In the middle of the town Kempten. Easy access to downtown and to good restaurants. The room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was awesome with great selection.

The TV needs to be repositioned as it was placed too high on a shelf that was designed for a tube TV. They should install TV holders to tilt towards the room. It was very difficult to see the TV from anywhere in the room.

Only a brief on night stay, but a nice hotel in an excellent position with friendly helpful staff.

Lovely suite with sitting room, bedroom and large bathroom, good central location right on the village square.

Secure underground parking. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Positioned in the main pedestrian area and close to all shops, bars and restaurants. The room very comfortable, spacious and had a huge separate bathroom and separate dressing room.

Unfortunately the fridge did not work, but as we were only staying one night we didn't feel the need to report this.

Very good hotel in the centre.

I like everything except internet access.

I was traveling with 3 children. the room (no.300) was very big, in fact it was like appartment. very vomfortable room. the bath is old fashion but very clean. The location was just perfect. Just in center near restaurants and faboulos shops in just 2 minutes walk. parking under the building.

My bathroom stank really bad of sewerage. I had to keep the bathroom door closed and it was awful using the shower or toilet.

Immaculate and Spacious accommodation in a central location. Close to many shops, bars & restaurants.

We had a large triple room which was wonderful. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and all spoke English. The hotel is right in the middle of the town centre of Kempten and there are lots of choices of restaurants and bars within a minute's walk. They have secure underground car-parking too (payable) but very convenient.

The only thing that would be good is to be offered top sheets rather than quilts because in the summer a quilt is just too hot. So we had to sleep with no covers at all.

Hotel is in center of the city. Nice and clean room. Parking was not good but it was no promisses given as from beginning... Breakfast was nice. Service fair. If I'll be and further travelling once more nearby - this hotel forsure be in favorits...

Tripple room(Rm 501): the shower is not comfortable - for kid -OK for adult it is big problem. Hotel should make some changes.
