It is in an excellent location- so close to the central train station. Also, although an extra charge is applied, the breakfast is very good. I stayed in a part of the hotel that was not so easy to get to with luggage. It meant going up and down steps and a considerable distance from reception. But not a big deal. |

The breakfast was excellent and the room was nice and comfortable. The location is directly across from the Hauptbahnhof, but the room was quiet. There is no room to lock your luggage to store a short time during the day of your checkout, so you would have to use the baggage facilites at the Hauptbahnhof. |

Good clean room. Excellent location. Friendly staff. Ideal for a short city trip. Breakfast was charged extra and it was a bit overpriced. Walls of the hotel too thin, could hear the italian guy in the room next to us talking to his mother all through the night. |

Location just opposite Hauptbahnhof is excellent! Rich breakfast though you are charged € 13 for this meal. The furnishing in the rooms has improved greatly during the last years. TV has very good choice of channels. A trifle on the expensive side. Extra charge for breakfast. |

Staff was really helpful and polite. Breakfast was worth of money. It is perfectly situated next to the railway station. A good idea is to include the public transportation ticket to the room price. We will definately choose this hotel also next time when coming to Hamburg. Our hotel room was next to the little side street where was quite a lot of noise (building site etc) early in the morning. Windows had to be kept open because there was no air conditioning. |

Very close to Main Station. Many good restaurants nearby. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Easy check in. Right next to open top city tour buses. Breakfast expensive so get a better and cheaper one at nearby restaurant. |

Friendliness and helpfulness of reception staff, cleanliness of room, quality of the buffet breakfast, efficiency of staff clearing away and replenishing buffet breakfast. This was my third stay in two years at this hotel. I book "premium" rooms but always feel a little cramped in the main sleeping area. This time there was a table and two (dining) chairs, a small wardrobe (sufficient to hang ten items of clothing) and a double bed. The table was so small my laptop virtually covered the top. I would prefer a desk and one chair for solo business trips. |
