Overall, a very nice hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was perfect. Quite noisy in the evenings because of crowds of loud people sitting right outside the hotel.

The room was clean and very big, breakfast was amazing and fancy. Good location, about 8-10 minute walk to the train station and close to city center. Several restaurants right near the hotel. I was staying in Reutlingen during a heat wave and the room was permanently very hot without any way to cool it down. I wasn't expecting an ac, but they could at least have a fan. It was hard to sleep. There is no free wifi, you can use the computer in the lobby for free but they turn it off when reception closes at midnight or earlier.

poor btreakfast, no air conditioning in room and breakfast. Basically it was like in a sajna. Late night shouting noise from the street. no wired internet in room. no hotel wifi except commercial wifi providers.

Walking distance to the main shopping street "Wilhelmstrasse" and the old town attractions Italian restaurant at the Kaiserpassage loud at night. Water temperature in the pool too cold

Thouroughly enjoyable stay and would stay here again in the future. The staff are all very welcoming and efficient. The breakfast is buffet style and caters to most tastes. The pool is a good size for a hotel but don't forget to ask for the sauna to be heated before your visit to the pool area.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. However ther were two bars close by and it was noisy late at night sometimes. The room was over warm at times but there was no air-conditioning.

Very nice city center hotel, close to shopping and historical areas. Easy access to the road for the Metzingen shopping village. Garage parking availble with a reasonable fee. Very helpful check in clerks.

Es ware mehrere Fehlbuchungen auf unserer Rechnung. Insbesondere stimmte der belastete Zimmerpreis inkl. Frühstück keineswegs mit dem gebuchtem Preis überein. Es bedurf über eine halbe Stunde, bis eine Einigung getroffen wurde.

C"est la 3ème fois que nous résidons dans cet hôtel. Sommes toujours aussi satisfaits. Dommage que le prix de la chambre ait augmenté. Nous y retournons fin août toujours par booking.com dont nous sommes également très satisfaits.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, in der Nähe des Outlets Metzingen. Zentral in der Stadt. Zimmer war sehr groß (vermutlich hatten wir ein kostenloses upgrade). Frühstück war sehr gut, große Auswahl an Brot und Brötchen, frischer Obstsalat. Parken in der Tiefgarage für 8 EUR ist ok- Anreise sehr unkompliziert, obwohl das Hotel mitten in der Stadt liegt. Ein Willkommensgruß (Balisto) fand ich ganz nett. Der Abfluss im Bad war die ganze Nacht über zu hören, bei jedem Toilettengang oder Duschen der Personen, die über einem waren. Dadurch konnte man nicht durchschlafen. Im Frühstücksraum war leider kein Personal. Das Teewasser war z.B. leer und keiner hat es bemerkt. Das will ich aber nicht überbewerten, da das Frühstück echt top war.
