Hotel Fürstenhof - A Luxury Collection    

We liked everything about this opulent and stylish hotel. The excellent well appointed room, well equipped spa and pool, superb staff and good parking facilities.

This is a very comfortable hotel at a pleasant walking distance from the main part of the town. The staff are very helpful and happy, making it easy to feel at home. Excellent food and facilities.

The room was a little too small to comfortably manoeuvre around, and some of the linen was marked and stained.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to the main town and the train station. There is a tram stop outside the hotel. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was spotless. We didnt eat at the hotel but the restaurant looked very nice. The pool and spa area is very relaxing and all the facilities were very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to our family and friends.

The breakfast was quite expensive at 25 euro each.

This hotel stay far exceeded expectations. Beautifully kept and run. Absolutely worth a repeat visit.

Breakfast too expensive. We could not eat there. It was difficult because we were a distance from breakfast available restaurants.

It was the best bed I have ever slept in. Amazingly comfortable!

The bed was comfortable (and I'm very fussy), there was no noise whatsoever from the corridor or other rooms and as our room looked onto an inner courtyard there was no traffic noise. The bathroom was roomy with plenty of towels.

As breakfast wasn't included it would have been ridiculously expensive to have it there. However it was only a five minute walk to the nearest place to eat breakfast.

Staff friendliness, everybody was extremely helpful. The informal bar/restaurant is good and opens till late. Big, elegant room. Central location.

The main restaurant was very formal and only had a "menu dégustation"

The service in the bar was excellent, for both cocktails and dinner. Breakfast service was also very good. Room 121 seems especially nice, with the extra space provided by the bay jutting out over the side street and the high ceiling. Nice to be within walking distance of the main DB station..

The ugliness of the building next door is unfortunate, although the flowers in the flower bed helps.

Charge for internet.

Es war alles in allen ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und das Hotel entsprach im vollsten Umfang allen Erwartungen an ein Fünf-Sternehaus !

Eine wahre Luxus-Herberge, sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites und kompetentes Personal, Top-Ausstattung des Zimmers, schöne Wellness-Landschaft mit schönem Schwimmbad, Saunen und Wellness-Behandlungsprogrammen, sehr gutes Frühstück, Lage sehr zentral am Rande der Einkaufspassagen

Fenster nicht zum kippen (es regnet rein , wenn man mit geöffneten Fenster schläft ) . Anzahl der Aufhängemöglichkeiten ist im Bad gleich Null . 8€/Std für Wlan nicht zeitgemäs .

Hervorzuheben von dem ohnehin exzellenten Gesamtbild Ihres Hauses ist der ausgezeichnete Service des Personals und der Schlafkomfort.

Parkgebüheren viel zu hoch WLAN kostenpflichtig auf dem Zimmer und dan auch noch sehr teuer

платный интернет - оплатил самый экономичный тариф - 6 евро, чтобы получить почту, скорость такая низкая, что ни одного письма так и не смог получить! рассказал об этом утром на ресепшене при выезде из отеля, но деньги все равно сняли! и еще - зачем среди теле программ - nпрограмма Russia Today? это же программа для иностранных зрителей, на английском языке, а ее выбирают как русскоязыный канал для русскоязычных гостей!

Gute Lage und schönes Schwimmbad

Der Service im Restaurant war schlecht. Man musst sehr lange auf seine Bestellung warten. Das Frühstück war keine 25€ Wert höchstens 15€.
