Score from 72 reviews Very good
Lovely location under the romantic Drachenfels, and friendly and efficient staff. The mattress of the bed was good, shower was good; breakfast and coffee was ok, not great, but probably good value for the money.
The pillow I had was way too soft. I Put it to one side and slept on rolled-up towels. The other annoyance was that the wifi didn't work.
The view over the Rhine. Drachenfels Bahn. Enjoyed Jesuiten Hof Restaurant.
Hard to find. Sign so high up on the building one could not see it from car. Had to go around one way system several times.
The location of the hotel is in a nice place with a lovely view in the river
1-No staff after 10 pm. 2-The guy incharge of emergency calls after 10 pm do not care to customers complaints and his response was in a bad behaviour. 3-The internet is not working.
Very friendly staff. Spacious room. Beautiful view. Great price!
The room had a huge window. The view from the room towards the River and also the Drachenfels was really nice.
The reception closed at 10pm, and the staff don't speak any English.
- location - the room itself, no complain about room clearness, actually
- poor breakfast - the room where we took our meal in the morning was not clean. The tables and cups was not properly clean as well - the crib for our baby was really dirty
