The flat is very, very nice and clean. It is runned by solar electricity and the view on the yard is very peaceful. Grocery store (Lidl) is on the oposite and all kind of shops and restaurants are in an area.

I emailed staff before my arriving, explaining I will arrive out of their working time. Although they agreed to wait on me, I had to call them. This gives someone who travels on the budget an extra expenses. It seems someone is living in the apartment too because she was talking very loud on her phone early in the morning and shutting the door hard every day. Also, the internet was very bad, the connection was broken every 10 min, although you pay for it 1 euro per 24 hours.

The property is conviently located beside a tram spot. There are supermarkets nearby.

I paid 224 euro for four nights believing that I was going to cook for myself as the website then stated such. For that money I expected a mirror and washbasin in the room. The room was tiny with no proper hanging space or the above. Madam Jacoby does not allow cooking in the kitchen because it creates a mess and she told me the stove didn`t work. It did, but the gas was turned off. Every guest pays a different price. The advertised balcony has an upturned flowerpot as furniture.

Friendly staff, small but good room with table and free internet access to work with laptop, balcony.

Still a bit far from city center, despite good tram connection. Sharing one small bathroom that is not attached to the room.

Allmost nothing

Staff do not speech english, shared bathroom, no reception, confusion about credit card payment, breackfast was not so great as described by other guests.

New and fresh apartment. Very good with Wifi Internet.

Difficult to use the shower, slippery and hard to not get water on the floor

Dusche war nicht gut abgedichtet. Mit-Gäste waren laut und frech: Gruppe nach 23 Uhr!

Il n'est pas facile à trouver. Seulement un interphone au milieu de plusieurs noms.

Alles, für diesen Preis das Zimmer zu klein, keine sanitären Einrichtungen im Zimmer, eine Dusche und Toilette für sechs Zimmer, das Bett für ein Doppelzimmer mit 1,40 breite zu schmal, Stornogebühren verlangen, wenn man eine Woche vorher stornieren möchte, als Tipp, nicht mehr anbieten, macht ihren Namen schlecht

ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk, het gasthuis en de kamers zijn super schoon en netjes, ontbijt was keurig en goed, wifi verbinding. lokatie super ook verbinding met de stad. prijs qualiteit uitstekend. ik zeg doen..

Eine Spur persönlicher, dass war es ! Gästehaus mit moderne , schöne Einrichtung.
