The Simon family make you feel very welcome and are obliging and helpful in all requests. This was the second time I have stayed within 2 months and is certainly a place I would recommend again and again.

The owners could not have been more helpful. We arrived very late due tp a delay at the airport, but Mr Simon was very welcoming and friendly. The apartment was well equipped and beautifully warm despite -5 degrees outside. It was quiet and relaxing and the perfect location for a few days break with my Mum prior to the Christmas rush, during which time I was also able to complete some work thanks to the excellent Wi-fi connection. I would most definitely stay there again and will recommend it to family and friends. Mr Simon even came ouside to brush the snow off our car one morning following a heavy snow fall.

Nothing at all. One small detail to bear in mind is that the only cards which are accepted for payment are EC bank cards. Other credit/debit cards are not accepted, so I had to go to the bank on the last morning to get cash to settle the bill. It didn't matter in my case, as I had the time to attend to that, but it might cause difficulties if others are unaware.

Herr and Frau Simon were very welcoming and friendly. When i arrived there were two problems; one with the wifi and the other with flushing of the loo. Both problems were sorted immediately; in the case of the WIFI it took a while but they did not stop until it was sorted. i could not recommend this B&B more highly. And at 40.00 euros a night it was certainly budget friendly. The room was cleaned everyday as well. I was up and out before breakfast was served in the morning but Frau Simon put out some fruit for me to take with me.

Parkmöglichkeiten ruhige Lage angenehme freundliche familiäre Atmosphäre kleine interessante Bibliothek- unterschiedlichster Genre

Милый семейный отель, с очень доброжелательными и любезными хозяевами. Наш номер представлял собой довольно просторные аппартаменты с кухонным уголком, где была вся необходимая техника, включая плиту, кофеварку, тостер, микроволновую печь, много различной посуды. В спальне очень широкая кровать, из спальни выход на небольшой балкон, в гостиной телевизор с немецкими каналами. Бесплатный беспроводной Интернет в аппартаментах. С утра в уютной гостиной на первом этаже сервировали завтрак. Видно, что и сама гостиница и сад оформлены с любовью и вниманием к деталям, много разных приятных ретроштучек. Отель очень удачно расположен: до Спа-комплекса Альпмаре 5 минут ходьбы, до исторического центра города 10 минут ходьбы по парку с пешеходной зоной. Самый ближайший горнолыжный спуск в 10 км, там же есть санная трасса длиной 5 км.

Если и были какие-то недочеты, связанные с тем, что аппартаменты уже все-таки не новые, они компенсировались невысокой ценой, чистотой и уютом.

Отличное соотношение цена/качество. Дружелюбные хозяева. Удобное расположение: 3 мин до Alpamare 10 мин до центра города. Гора в 2.5 км от отеля. Обязательно приедем еще.

Freundliche Gastgeber, nette Lage

Sehr freundliche, unaufdringliche Wirtsleute. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und gut. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht und erhielten zu unserer Freude eine Ferienwohnung -selbstverständlich ohne Preisaufschlag- weil eben Anfang November nicht viel los ist.

Superfrühstück, sogar mit selbst gebackenem Kuchen, geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile, großes Schlafzimmer und Balkon

Das Badezimmer ist etwas klein geraten.

Nelze platit kreditní kartou, pouze "ec".

Der einzige Punkt war Keine Seife im Bad , Matratzen sehr hart.

Sehr freundliches hotelpersonal und saubere zimmer. Gerne wieder.

Nima pomanjkljivosti, cena je ugodna glede na ostale ponudbe. Locirana je na odlični lokaciji kjer se lahko sprehodite po promenadi do središča.

Wir waren über die Größe des Zimmers, das eigentlich ein kleines 2 Zimmer-Appartement war, positiv überrascht. Auch das Frühstück ear für diese Hotelkategorie sehr gut. Die Familie Simon war sehr freundlich.

Das einzig negative war der laute Lüfter im Bad was nachts ganz schön unangenehm war.

The guest house is in a nice quiet part of town, and it's only 10min walk to the town center. The family room is very spacious and clean, which is great when traveling with 2 young kids, 1 and 5 year-old. There are plenty of restaurants near by, and if you don't feel like eating out, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The couple that owns the place were very nice and helpful, and they spoke english very well. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again.

Eine sehr freundliche familiäre Atmosphäre. Preis-Leistung absolut gut.

Great location. Close to the water park and walking street. 20 minutes walk to the town center.

The entrance feels humid and cold. Suggest the owner to open the window around the entrance.

Freundlichkeit; Erreichbarkeit (telefonisch); Upgrade ohne Aufzahlung (da ausgebucht); Gutes Frühstück (mit Vorbehalt); Heimisches Bier (wenn auch nicht gekühlt).

Arbeit des Zimmermädchens (vermutlich unterbezahlt); zum Frühstück nur Filterkaffee (Espresso wäre schon angebracht); weniger Parkplätze als Zimmer (wer zuerst kommt....); Megabaustelle beim Nachbarn (wäre für Urlauber erwähnenswert); Unscharfes Fernsehbild (muß ich die Kanäle selber programmieren?) Unzählige Hinweisschildchen zur Verhaltensmaßregelung (sind wir erwachsen oder was...?)
