Cherry cooks delicious Thai food with a smile :)

We didn't get to taste the wonderful homemade muffins this time!

Very hospitable owner, breakfast was a 'piece of art', very delicious and rich, beautiful location.

'Chinese' quality of room utilities, including blinds, bathroom door, electrical sockets, etc. Eclectic interior design (strange mix of European and oriental styles).

I definitely recommend this homely Gästehaus to others, because of its hospitality and warmness. Guests feel welcome and landlord is very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good, thanks a lot to the generous hostess - kind Thai woman! Good possibility to park a car.

The owners really love their work. Cherry is a very friendly, warm and charming person. We loved the combination of Asian and German hospitality. The welcome drink on the terrace tasted very well. The breakfast was prepared with special care and the homemade muffins were excellent.

The relation between price and quality is good.

After being misdirected by our gps, we arrived after dark at the guest house much later than expected. Our cell-phone was not working so we had not called. I started explaining to Cherry, the owner, who immediately put me at ease and invited us in. After showing us our comfortable room, she invited us for a drink and snacks. The next morning, we were treated to the best breakfast we had on our three-week trip. All-in-all, a wonderful stop in a quest village on the Mosel. Also, the wifi connection was one of the best we enjoyed on our trip.

This place, and the people running it, are excellent. It is a very short drive from Cochem, right on the river, we had a lovely, large room overlooking the river. They gave us a free glass of wine or beer, along with a fresh baked muffin, at check in. There was a great restaurant about a 4 minute walk away. The breakfast was wonderful with fresh fruit, freshly baked sweet rolls, and all the other standards of a German breakfast (cheese, meat, veggies, rolls, bread, etc.). When we checked out, our hostess gave us an exquisite small hand carved flower from Thailand! We will return! These hosts go above and beyond the call of duty to make your stay a very special one with wonderful memories.

We loved everything! Charming, historic hotel -- what's not to love!!!

Everything was great. Hospitality, home cooked meal, view from the terrace. A beautifully presented breakfast. Delicious homemade muffins on arrival with complimentary drink!

Unfortunately had a disturbed night's sleep due to a festival which went on till the early hours. Otherwise can't complain.

The Landlady was extremely friendly and smiling. The breakfast was outstanding not only in choice and quantity, but also in presentation.

The boiled eggs for breakfast were hard by the time we sat down, however, a minor detail amongst all the pluses.

Very friendly obliging owners for whom nothing was too much bother. The owners wife prepared an exceptionally good Thai dinner which was very reasonably priced. Simple but warm accommodation.

9.2 Kms. outside Cochem, Buses run only one an hour.
