Hotel Garni Gablerhof  

The best thing about the hotel was the peaceful location. Our balcony looked over the lake. The breakfast buffet had so much selection and would suit any tastes. The owners were so welcoming and helpful when asking about trips etc. The room was perfect, clean, modern and very comfortable. There was nothing else you could want. It was nothing short of perfect.

There was absolutely nothing negative about this hotel apart from having to leave so soon !!!!!

This was our 4th stay at the Gablerhof and hopefully not the last. Heidi and the Gablerhof not only met expectations but in fact greatly exceeded them. The rooms at the Gablerhof are large with comfortable seating and a fridge. The balconies look out to the private lake and the mountains and the view is quite spectacular. Breakfast consists of a good buffet selection including delicious croissants, If the weather is good, breakfast can be taken in the garden. I would not heitate to recommend the Gablerhof and hope to return.

The owner was very cheerful and pleasant. She spoke good English and recommended an excellent restaurant nearby. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. We ate outside on the pretty patio. The hotel was very clean and the view from our balcony was amazing.

Don't bother looking anywhere else !! This hotel was superb. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and could not have done anything else to make our stay more comfortable. The 6 Euro per person breakfast was one of the best breakfasts we have had regardless of price. The view from the hotel room over the lake with the trees and mountains in the background was incredible. The hotel is approx 30 minutes drive from Salzburg, 30 mins from Lake Konigsee etc.... so great location. We would not hesitate to return to this hotel in the future.

Very friendly and helpful owners, and the breakfast (with the best buffet choice we've ever encountered anywhere) was served in the garden with a magnificent view on the mountains. Our room was upgraded to a spacious apartment, with a view on the local lake.

The welcome was very friendly. The location was beautiful and the quality of the rooms, service etc was absolutely perfect.

We liked our stay at Hotel Garni Gabllerhof' , the place and setting beside the smal lake and the beauliful view to the mountains and woods is very special. the room we stayed in is beautiful and confortable all those views I mentioned we could see from our small terassa..Most of all the owner of this small peaceful hotel Heidi, welcomed us warmly and gave us a feeling of a pleasent home. We recomend warmly to lodge at the Gabllers,and thank Heidi for our pleasent stay.

This was by far the highlight of our 7 day trip in Germany. Best views and staff ever. I'll be back.
