I don't want to be deliberately negative about everything and I will say that our rooms and the bathroom were very clean. The breakfasts were extremely good too. We were sorely disappointed that we were given a sofa bed, we have never had that treatment in any hotel before. Our bedroom lacked a desk/dressing table, there was no flat surface table like structure at all. There were no bedside tables, the silly bookcase arrangement was not a solution. There were no bedside lamps, a standard lamp, however, (lacking a second bulb incidentally), on one side of the "put you up bed" was not a solution to bedtime reading.The gap between the end of the sofa bed and the cupboard arrangement for the tv was too narrow and one was anxious not to bark one shins each time one went to the bathroom. The 'trek' to the other hotel on the morning we booked out was an annoyance, thank goodness it wasn't raining. Could you not have had a Receptionist in the Feuerschiff for the period of booking out, surely that wouldn't have been too difficult. You had a young man there on the Monday and the Tuesday mornings, who, by the way, had a problem with saying, "Good Morning", I said it, perhaps he didn't hear me!

wir sind in beiden häusern sehr zuvorkommend bediend worden wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jeder zeit wieder dort einkehren

Personal ist freundlich. Frühstück ist vielfältig, qualitativ hochwertig. Für schlechtes Wetter gibt es im Untergeschoss vielfältige Wellness- und Sportmöglichkeiten. Der Aufenthaltsbereich mit ausreichend Literatur hat besonders gefallen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Schrankbett. Diese Betten sind einfach unbequem und an den Stützen kann man sich bös stoßen.

Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Lage Sauberkeit in den Zimmern, vorallem der Teppichboden, kann verbessert werden. Wer leitet dort das Hotel? Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Bezug auf das Zimmer passte nicht.

Die Freundlichkeit und ein bisschen Zeit zum Klönen haben des Personals und auch der Hotelleitung, die Ruhe, die vielen Möglichkeiten im Hotel, die Entfernung von dem Inselbahnhof Es gibt auf Langeoog keine Taxi- möglichkeit, wenn man zu müde ist zurückzuwandern. Für richtig alte Menschen ist diese Insel ungeeignet. Jeden Tag etwas anderes und das nur in kleinen Mengen, bisschen Heringssalat, verschiedne Obstsalate
