The hotel was situated in a quiet residential area, with a tram stop into town ~5 mins walk away; there was also a railway station with connections to Cologne, etc a further 10 mins away. The staff were friendly and helpful. The inclusive breakfast facilities were excellent. Overall The Garden Hotel provided excellent value for money. |

The breakfast was extremely nice and good: in a small space they are able to serve extremely various and quality food. The room was very nice and neighborhood quite and nice. There is also free parking in the same street of the hotel. The parking in the hotel space was 8Eur/night, and was not told to us that the street in front of the hotel was free parking. We paid 1 night parking, and the other day we parked in the street for free. |

I've stayed four times now and have enjoyed all my stays. I like the breakfasts in the mornings. I was worried that my room would be noisy as it shared a balcony with the guests next door but it was actually quiet. |

I've stayed 3 times in the past 3 months and the staff remembered me the second time we met. Personally I like it as it's pretty close to everything. You can walk to shopping, Old Town, etc. Although I classified it as "Budget/backpackers" I mean that because overall it was a good price for me based on distance to where I needed to go and price. I don't think there is air conditioning but I think that is not typical in this part of Germany. |

The staff was very helpful. Someone blocked me in and he helped me get my car out of the parking spot without hitting anything. The entrance to the shower/tub was higher than normal in the states. I liked it as the floor didn't get wet, but it was interesting getting out. |

Very nice staff, the bathroom was very clean and comfortable. Only 10 minutes by foot and tram and 5 minutes by taxi ( 8 euro) the karpet in the hotelroom was a bit old/ dirty looking |

Het ontbijtbuffet had veel keuze, was erg goed.Ook de koffie die daar bijhoorde ging met een bonenmachine, dus keuze uit diverse soorten koffie zoals cappuchino. Top dus, verse koffie. |

De ontvangst was zeer goed. Het personeel is zeer klantvriendelijk ingesteld. Op elke vraag was er een antwoord. Ook tijdens het verblijf werd er geinformeerd of alles naar wens was. Het ontbijt was boven verwachting! Ruim gesorteerd en meer dan voldoende. Parkeren in parkeergarage. Openbaar vervoer (tram) op loop afstand. De kamer die wij hadden zou groot onderhoud kunnen gebruiken (vloerbedekking, beschadigde meubels enz.) |

Hôtel sympathique de taille humaine et trés bon petit déjeuner. Trois choses: 1/L'isolation phonique des chambres qui donnent sur la rue est insuffisante. Heureusement que le trafic voiture est faible. 2/ Les étagères des armoires sont sales avec une épaisse couche de poussières.3/ Le rideau devrait toucher le sol afin de ne pas laisser passer la lumière du jour quand on dort le matin. |
