The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean Little touches like gummi bears on the pillow and free water in the room was appreciated Staff had very good knowledge of the local area and city Glass doors on bathroom wasn't ideal for those staying as a group or with friends. carpets in hallways could be changed as they looked a little worn.

The staff, in the hotel and in the restaurant, was very polite and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The hotel is located about 15 minutes from the historical center of Bremen. Our navigation system had difficulties reaching the hotel because its street address is not the main thoroughfare along which it is located. Instead, it’s the smaller side street to one side and is blocked when coming in from the north, requiring an unexpected detour. The room, although clean, smelled of a mixture of mildew, sewage and/or cigarette smoke. Our olfactory systems were unable to provide us more specific information. We are unsure whether we would stay here again.

Clean rooms pulizia camere Warning: they used a pretext to charge € 150 for damaged (!?) mattress. Ci hanno voluto accreditare 150€ per aver danneggiato il materasso, cosa non vera o perlomeno non causato da noi. Sembrava aspettassero una scusa per far pagare un materasso a qualcuno. Il wifi a me non è mai funzionato e ho usato il pc dell'albergo

Very friendly and helpful reception staff, our room was very clean and comfortable. We chose this accommodation for its price and its easy parking as it was just a one night stop on route to another country. We took the tram into the city centre in the evening which was very easy and close to the hotel - you can buy a family/day pass from the hotel reception which is good value and it was easy to get back (took about 20 mins on the tram). As it was a Sunday when we left, we had breakfast there which was convenient since all shops, cafes etc are closed. It was ok standard, but €10 per person, so during the week or Saturday we would just go to a bakery or cafe.

I liked the shock from seeing the hotel from the inside, when the outside looked dated. The interior is very nice indeed. It looks brand new. The staff was very friendly and forthcoming. The fact that it's a risk of theft from the car at night. They even put up a warning sign in the room.

Good value for money for a short stay. The hotel is located out of city center close to riverside and a big shopping mall. There is not much around to see and could be recommended for a short stay on the way.
