Staff was nice; Breakfast was nice each morning; Location is perfect as it is close to shops and walking park (w/ music each evening); rear rooms have good view of mountains. No wireless internet, nothing for kids to do such as pool, playground, or weight room. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms nice and breakfast in the shadow of the Alps was nice touch as well. My negatives have more to do with bookings.com than the hotel. When we arrived, we were told there was no record of a reservation for us. I produced the receipt I received and it seemed to make no difference. Fortunately it was a Sunday night and there was plenty of room in the hotel but I wonder what might have happened had it been fully booked. Also, I gave bookings. |

Central Position, Good Cocktail bar, wellness area is super, massage was good enough Bathroom needs to be refurbished, locks on room doors are poor, carpets and room not so clean. |

We had breakfast, lunch, dinner. All meals were nice. The hotel staffs were all friendly. The condition for the cancel was severe. |

Decoration of room, a lot of space in room, ability to visit the sauna, nearest location to the Zugspitzbahn. Very freindly staff on the reception, thank them for helpful. To learn restaurant staff to work in accordance with status of hotel&restaurant (somebody doesnt speak english, forget to give a spoon with the soup, confuse asked dishes, morning waitress is very unfriendly-maybe she wants to sleep??? etc.) |

Location near center of town Room ceilings were so low as to be hazardous to the health of the heads of anyone over 5 ft 6 in tall. Shower was impractical for a taller person. |

The location...next to the city center. The room was very small for the price and the bed/pillow were uncomfortable. Time to rennovate. |

Spacious room with balcony overlooking the mountains. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Central location and close to Railway Station. At the moment there is a lot of building work going on in front of the hotel, but It did not affect us as our room was at the back of the hotel. |

Room was very spacious - perfect for 4 people. Breakfast was one of the best we had in 4 countries we visited. Free internet was a plus, though only available in lobby. No fault of Garmischer Hof, but construction across the street is extensive and very noisy 7 am - 7 pm. We would have preferred a quieter setting. Ask for room facing courtyard (away from street). Great location to train station and both Garmisch or Partenkirchen. |

Uns hat der große Wellness Bereich sehr gut gefallen, das Zimmer war hervorragend und die zentrale Lage mitten in Garmisch war sehr vorteilhaft. Das Personal war teilweise schon etwas derb, bzw. man könnte etwas freundlicher sein und mehr auf die Gäste eingehen (z.B. beim Frühstück!) |
