I was greeted outside of the normal opening hours and a note was left on the door in case I had lost the phone number. I was given every help in finding what I needed in the locale. It is only a 5 minute walk from the train station and similar times to the cable car and chair lifts up the mountains, and the bus station. Breakfast was plentiful with a good spread of breads, cereals and jams. Wi-fi worked very well (and I was on the top floor) and was free. There was a little fridge on the ground floor with cold drinks and you ticked the list as an honesty system, which I am a fan of.

het erg vriendelijke personeel, een erg lekker ontbijt. d Het hotel was telefonisch niet te bereiken. de grootte van de kamers.

Vooral de ontvangst was geweldig. Wij kwamen veel te laat aan : was al laat op de avond na een reis van 8 uren en waren bang dat de kamers weg waren . Er werd zelfs nog - zo laat - voor ons gekookt . Chapeau ! Heerlijke bedden . Niets , alleen jammer dat er geen bad was .Ik wil wel vermelden dat het hotel zelf vanuit Nederland niet telefonisch te bereiken is en onderweg ook niet zodat wij niet konden melden dat we zo verlaat waren.

Ruhige Lage mit guter Anbindung (Bus und Bahn),viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern oder zum erholen,Thermal Bad in ca. fünf Minuten erreichbar.Zimmer sind rustikal möbliert und somit urlaubstauglich!Wünsch ihnen weiter hin viel Spaß.Peter Ecke Wiesbaden den 06.04.2013 Keine Beanstandungen!

Superfreundliches Personal, es kommt etwas familiaeres Flair auf. Gut gelegen, Therme in der Nähe, Gaststätten in der Nähe sowie die Seilbahnen zur Roßtrappe und zum Hexentanzplatz.

Kleines gemütliches Hotel. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksangebot. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und zu Ausflugszielen (z.B. Hexentanzplatz, Rosstrappe, Bodetal-Therme). Freundliche Hotelmitarbeiter. Das Hotel war voll belegt. Es gab einen kleinen Frühstücksraum, in dem nicht alle Gäste zur gleichen Zeit frühstücken konnten. Daher gab es Essenszeiten ( entweder 8:00/ 9:00 od.10:00 mit Voranmeldung) an die man sich halten musste.

Im Hotel Sonneneck wurden wir freundlich empfangen.Das Hotel war sauber und einladent.Auf dem Zimmer und im Bad gab es nichts auszusetzen.Der Wunsch nach einen Nackenkissen wurde sofort erfüllt.Das Frühstück war ausreichend und abwechslungsreich.Im Empfangsraum stand ein kleiner Kühlschrank mit getränken,,jeder konnte sich bedienen und brauchte nur einen Strich auf der Zimmerliste machen.Einfach Klasse.

Het hotel was goed en netjes en het ontbijt was best lekker , er valt weinig negatief over te zeggen . De eerste dag was er wat lawaai bij het slapen gaan aan de bar beneden , daar moeten ze meer aandacht aanschenken voor de slapers.

Very conveniently located for all the attractions in Thale, nicely decorated and comfortable rooms, good breakfasts Very small breakfast room which can't actually accommodate all the guests at once, couldn't get the internet to work, staff are only at the hotel (and available for questions) for a few hours each day
