easy location for a very early morning flight out of munich airport. Nice restaurants close by.

It's best if not essential that the guest speaks and understands German because the hotel staff have little or no comprehension of any other language. Not English, not Spanish, not Italian. The staff's interaction with guests is at best indifferent and at worse rude. The rooms are very small and basic for the rates charged. They advertise that there is someone at reception until 10 PM. The reality is that there is rarely anyone at reception at any time during the day. They leave printed notices saying they are off somewhere doing something else. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. I was specifically told three times to "go to the taxi stand" to wait for their shuttle. I know the Munich airport very well and waited at the taxi stand on a cold, windy and drizzling late afternoon for over an hour but no shuttle. Every 20 minutes I tried calling the hotel reception but of course no one answered the phone. When I finall reached someone after and hour and 20 minutes I was told I had been given the wrong information and the pick up is supposed to be on the private side of the terminal.

Close to Munich airport with reasonable price; good for stay overnight

Preisleistungsverhältnis ist gut. Praktisch da nur 10Minuten vom Flughafen. Gutes Frühstück.

Отель вполне себе приятный. Очень близко от аэропорта, примерно 5-10 минут езды. Чистый, просторный номер с просторной же ванной комнатой. Регистрация аж до 22.00. Рассчитан на то, чтобы переночевать до или после перелета и двигаться дальше. Парковка при отеле бесплатная. Цена демократичная.

Неплохо было бы обеспечить в номере чайник, так как в округе пойти покушать вечером некуда, так хотя бьчайку попить. Телевизор на ночь посмотреть не удалось, то ли не работал, то ли мы не поняли как его подключать. В общем, переночевать одну ночь вполне себе.

Sehr netter Service, sehr sauber.

Es ist preiswert, leicht zu finden, lag relativ nah (43km) am Zielort und war auch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war ausreichend, sauber und in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war für 5,- eur völlig okay. Freundliches Hotelpersonal war jederzeit ansprechbar und hat alle Fragen zufriedenstellend beantwortet. Das Zimmer wurde auch am Sonntag gereinigt.

Attenzione: non esiste shuttle bus all aeroporto di monaco e non sono 4 km bensì 9 o 10. Per il resto tutto bene , colazione buona per 5 euro Stabile pulito e staff presente.

The room was spotless and comfortable. The breakfast was good and an excellent value. The room internet connection was wired, but fortunately I had my laptop with me and they offered me a cable to connect it. They also had free DVDs for customers to use. Great value for the money.

They ordered me a taxi instead of providing the 12 Euro shuttle to the airport they advertised. The taxi was nearly 20 Euros, but was prompt.

The staff was very friendly & accomodating. Breakfast was good. Bathroom was bigger than most we had seen & shower didn't leak.

Didn't like the fact that they didn't have wi-fi, that they were far from everything & that the airport shuttle they mentioned was non-existent. We had to take a taxi to the airport which was 8 min. Away & it cost $20. No tea kettles in the room either.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter; für den Preis ein sehr umfangreiches Frühstück; sehr gute Infomappe im Zimmer.

Die Vorhänge sind lichtdurchlässig - man kann Abends von draußen alles im Raum sehen.

Breakfast had been added to our bill without confirming that we would be having breakfast (it was removed) It was impossible to change the name on the bill from the name it was booked under, which should have been simple, IMO. There were three of us travelling together for business (I had made the reservation for all three rooms under my name). At all other hotels/inns we stayed at we were asked whether the bill should be separated, and if not, whose name it would be under. Here there was apparently no way but to have all three rooms on one bill under the name it was booked under.
