Very nice, family-run hotel in a good location in Munich. Very comfortable bed, excellent bathroom, very good breakfast choices. Literally a 5-minute walk from a great beergarten! I would definitely stay there again. The breakfast room was small and understaffed. It wasn't a problem for us because we get up early. Other guests were waiting to eat, however, and the lone server was clearly overwhelmed.

Quiet leafy location, not in middle of town but excellent public trasport. Clean and well run by family. Excellent breakfast. Hirschgarden beer garden 5 minute walk.

We were delighted that this hotel was so close to the Hirshgarten and the Tramlines. It had a a lovely breakfast and very friendly staff. Also the rooms & bathrooms were spacious and clean. Thankfully they had in room fridges. The beds were a bit hard but honestly it was all good.

Very convenient for us because grandchildren live nearby. Good public transport very close (but not close enough to be a nuisance). Handy for Schloß Nymphenburg.

We were given a spacious room with an attached working room with a sofa and working desk, and extra tv set in the room. The room is clean, good breakfast selection and friendly & helpful staff around. Hotel located at a quiet and modern residential area. We feel like living there as a real resident at this hotel instead of tourist. We came with a rental car, there are plenty of car park spaces. Free WIFI, free breakfast and free parking at this rate in Munich is not common, with good service and rating from this hotel, this is what we are looking for....go for it!

The staff were superb , very friendly , the breakfast spread was awesome , my room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom looked amazing with a lovely powerful hot shower! The Hotel is located in a lovely quiet residential area within walking distance of the Hirschgarten Beer Garden and fiive mins walk from the tram service which takes you into the town centre! I would stay here again , in fact I wish I was still there!

Wonderful location near the Nymphenburg palace and Hirschgarten.Great bus service to the city just minutes away. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful.The hotel rooms are light and open with nicely appointed bathrooms.Free parking and wonderful breakfasts.

Very large comfortable room. The large and varied breakfast buffet each morning was wonderful. The Hotel is only 1 block from the largest biergarten in Germany. It is only 2 blocks to the Tram that takes you into the city of Munich (about a 15 minute trip - Karlsplatz). Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is very nicely furnished and clean. A great place to stay and see Munich. Not air conditioned. It was very warm 2 nights of our stay and our room was on the third floor. We had a small fan which helped. With windows open you do get some street noise, but hotel is located in a mainly residental area.

Sehr saubere und schöne Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück ruhige Lage, ganz in der Nähe öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und in 12 Minuten ist man mit der Tram im Stadtzentrum. Hotel "Klein aber fein!!"
