Everything was great. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of the Nymphenburg Palace and Hirschgarten beer garden. Access to downtown is easy and direct on the Strassenbahn (tram). Hotel staff were pleasant, courteous, and helpful. Bedroom and bathroom were large-sized and very comfortable. A real treat. Will definitely recommend to friends. A bit pricey during the high season. Very reasonable otherwise. |

Lovely staff, really helpful, looked up train times for me and everything. Magnificent breakfast. Nice quiet location really near to a tram line. I would absolutely recommend staying here. |

The cleanliness of the double room we stayed in & the breakfast included in the room rate. The breakfast was definitely "value for the money". The staff (the family who owns the hotel) were very welcoming. I did not like the fact that there was no bathtub. Also, it was difficult to keep the room warm. I was comfortable, but my partner was very chilled and stood under a very hot shower just to compensate. That in itself is not energy efficient, is it? |

This small family-run hotel is very nice , located in a very quiet and pastoral area of Munich and with that very close to the city center. the breakfast is very good and the manager and staff were very friendly and helpful with all that concerned touring the city and information. the price was expensive for a 3 star hotel during the Oktoberfest, but as in other local hotels during that Holiday. |

Staff were very helpful and friendly, down to giving excellent directions to places etc. Breakfast was very good. You can't get away from it, going to Munich during Oktoberfest, but it was very expensive. Still, better than no accommodation at all, and at least it was actually good. |
