This 3-star hotel is centrally located in the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the Ruhr Area between Duisburg and Essen. It offers a breakfast buffet and free internet. All rooms at the Hotel Garni Leineweber feature cable TV and free Wi-Fi. A rich buffet is served each morning in the bright breakfast room. The Leineweber also has a small hotel bar. I was assigned a room with a shared bathroom without a notice, although my family used it alone. This info should be provided at the time of booking.

La proximité immédiate de la gare. La mise à disposition des clés en dehors des heures de permanence de l'accueil. Un bon dialogue par mail. Bon confort des lits (jumeaux). Légèrement bruyant, mais c'est l'inconvénient d'un centre ville.

Freundlichkeit am Empfang, Frühstück, günstige Lage zur RWE Halle (ca. 10 min Fussweg), direkte Lage am Bahnhof Teppichboden im Zimmer war schon sehr fleckig und auch verbraucht, Gardinen im Zimmer hatte Löcher, Bad sehr klein, 6. Etage nur über Treppe vom 5.Stock erreichbar ( Fahrstuhl geht nur bis zur 5. Etage, nicht so optimal, wenn man Gepäck dabei hat und Behinderung hat).

In meinem Zimmer liess sich das Fenster nicht schliessen. Man gab mir ein anderes Zimmer, dort gab es das gleiche Problem. Erst im dritten Zimmer konnte man das Zimmer schliessen, trotzdem hatte man das Gefuehl, die Strassenbahn wuerde durch das Zimmer fahren. Keine Heizung im Bad. Die Heizung in dem Minizimmer gluckerte, sobald man sie aufdrehte. Es gibt keine Parkplaetze. Man wird auf angrenzende Parkhaeuser verwiesen. (Kosten pro Nacht 9,00€) Das

Einfache aber komfortable Zimmer, freundliches Personal, angenehmer Frühstücksraum, Warmes Wasser ohne langen Vorlauf steht beim Duschen sofort zur Verfügung. Zimmer sind etwas ungeordnet über mehrer Etagen auf denen sich auch andere geschäfts-/Wohneinheiten befinden verstreut. Frühstücksangebot ist Standard, wer etwas besonderes erwartet wird etwas entäuscht sein (mir hats gereicht)

A localização perto da estação dos comboios. O atendimento é muito fraco, não têm serviço de recepção durante o fds e a partir de 6ª à tarde. Falhas lamentáveis de comunicação porque a pessoa que fez o check out (provável funcionária de limpeza) desconhecia que o pagamento já tinha sido efectuado através do booking.

Die Kundenorientierung und Dienstleistungsorientierung war super. Man fühlte sich als Gast sehr wohl und gut begleitet. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und die Sauberkeit sehr gut.
