Breakfast was fine... Somewhat close to the city. You have to walk around 15 minutes to get to the train station and then it's a couple of stops to the messe, or 4-5 stops to the central station of Frankfurt.

Everything. My room was noisy, service was awful, price was totally overpaid, never changed my room, never heard my complaints, advertised free wi-fi didn't work in my room... In all a very bad experience

It was quiet; it had an onsite eatery...it's advertised as a restaurant, but it was more of a pizza joint...with a nice, friendly staff. The staff at the hotel was also friendly. I was traveling alone; I felt safe.

The front desk has odd manning hours so the cleaning staff helped me check in and out. I checked out at 0715hrs...there wa no one at the front desk who could check me out-just the cleaning staff who were not able to run the credit card machine. I had to write my credit card number and other contact information on a sticky note...not a very safe thing to do when traveling. Fortunately everything workded out and the staff who were present were trying their best to help.

It was a good experience as compared before I stayed in a hotel, Germany in terms of stay, transportation, breakfast & lunch etc. But I felt this time the hotel location is much separated & peaceful becuase I mostly stayed in rush areas before although it was near to my business destination. Overall, it was a good stay.

First of all, I was so much busy during my stay. One thing I like to share that the hotel is located in different blocks and one has to walk out for breakfast or lunch from one to another and has to wear warm cloths for that.

The hotel it self is worn out and shabby and my room was very noisy.

That a free of charge car drop-off at the nearby station was provided and free-of-charge wireless internet.

The rooms are clean, with plenty of space, good Internet connectivity, very friendly staff and good services; Price is Ok

Location is kind of away from everything, far from train station in industrial area.

We booked a double room in august and on arrival were shown to an attic room with two single beds with a very low grade matress and a steeply sloping roof. All in all not what we booked and not at all comfortable

Das Restaurant überraschte dann doch noch positiv...

Das Gästehaus, in dem ich unterbracht war, hatte keinerlei Atmosphäre... Es wirkte auch mich primitiv, extrem billiges Mobiliar, nur mit dem allernötigsten nur ausgestattet. Kein Bild an der Wand, keine Lampe auf dem Nachttisch, keinen Fön im Bad... Ich werde dieses Haus nicht mehr buchen.
