In a quiet village close to Frankfurt Hahn Airport and a much pleasanter location for an overnight stay than airport hotels. Hotel provided transfers in Mercedes car. Good buffet breakfast. Excellent traditional family-run restaurant opposite for evening meal. |

Owners friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable, large room, nice breakfast. All in all, really good value. Good base for visiting the Mosel Valley. Beautiful scenery only 15 mins drive away. Airport pick ups if required. |

The hotel was fantastic! We made a mistake on our booking and arrived a day late. The hotel was fully booked with a party, but the owner phone around and put some of the party into another hotel across the road so that we could stay. And amazingly - didnt charge us other than for breakfast which was extra anyway! Would really recommend this hotel as a base to stay whilst in the Bernkastle-Kues area. Hotel is extremely clean and comfortable, breakfast was wonderful and the owner and his family - extremely pleasant and friendly :-) |

our room was large (which is somewhat unusual in Europe, clean, and our bathroom was very modern, with a hairdryer and plugs right next to the mirror, not just for a men's shaver,. There was free internet hook-up, and the continental breakfast had variety and was very good. We picked the hotel for the free shuttle service to the airport. The owner was very helpful to even providing a scale so we could weigh our baggage. We would book there again. |

I really loved the staff - it was actually a one-man-band, with a very nice man who did everything from picking me up at the airport and driving me back there (for free) to making a fabulous breakfast. The room was new, clean and adorable, the village was nice and quiet, and a delicious bakery is just across the street from the hotel. Everything was superb. |

Out of all the hotels we stayed at over the course of our travels Hotel Viktoria was the most accomidating and offered superb customer service. The owner of the Hotel was professional, personable and made the stay very enjoyable. The rooms were very clean and the bathroom was spacious and clean.Great location and close to the airport. |

Enjoyed the stay at this hotel, very clean and tidy, furnished to a very high standart, good value for money. Easy to use ( on request ) transfers to/from Frankfurt Hahn airport. Would stay there again. |

It was very clean and cheap It has very little facilites, pretty shabby looking from the outside, and in a town with little or nothing to do. I would suggest that it is only suitable for a stop over for a nights sleep and nothing else. |

The hotel was rather small, very beautiful place with clean rooms and great breakfest. Situated in a small village Sohren, and as we rented a car from the Hahn airport it was easy for us to travel around Germany. Just 20km from Sohren you can travel along the Rhein-river. Beautiful sights everywhere. Only thing to consider as planning your trip around these neighbourhoods is that they dont speak english very well if at all. But bodylanguage works too. ;) |

Convenient location to Hahn airport. Clean, spacious and modern room with comfortable beds. Good value for money. Doors are poorly sound insulated which means you hear every move in the hallway. |

The price is reasonably low for the triple room I booked, and the room is clean. We had to wait for half an hour from the time we called,before we got picked up from the Hahn airport. The person in charge was quite non-communicative. He will only give short answers when asked any questions, but he was not rude or anything, it could be he's not very affluent in English? Anyway, once we went into the hotel (very small hotel, not a single soul was in sight, it was like 5.30 pm), he disappeared for 15 minutes without telling us what was happening. When he appeared he gave us the key and brought us to the room, after collecting the hotel fees from me. I was not given any receipt.I worried i might get charged with the credit card I used to book the hotel.The next morning (5 am) a driver waited for us to bring us to the airport, so I did not have a chance to get any receipt. I had chosen this hotel because of the reviews of friendlyand helpful owner,, and I was disappointed with my experience. I would certainly pay more for a hotel nearer to the airport with more facilities next time. |
