Bedroom and bathroom very spacious and well heated. Bed linen and towels clean and fresh. Plenty of storage space Would have expected a radio or timepiece. Would have been nice to have a kettle available, even if only in the public spaces. |

Spacious room, very smart and tidy, superbly comfortable bed. Friendly service (see comment about the curtain pole). A loose curtain pole - when I drew the curtains, the pole slipped from its mounting and I had to call at reception for them to bring up a step-ladder to remount it as the ceilings are about three metres high. I think I was not the first guest to experience this (judging by the reaction at reception), but a step-ladder was found within seconds and the pole refitted, so top marks for efficiency. |

Our room was sold as a room suited for a wheelchair, but the door to the toilet was too narrow! If my husband wasn't ill, we would have gone for a hotel wheelchairusable. The staf was nice and helped to demontage the wheels I use on the wheelchair to go forward with my hands. Without these it was possible to go to the toilet! So thanks to the nice staf! See above, but we were told that there are plans to make the room adequat to use by any person in a wheelchair! |

Sehr gefallen hat uns die überwältigende Freundlichkeit des Personals, die außergewöhnliche Größe des Zimmers und das sehr umfangreiche Frühstück jeden Morgen. Nciht gefallen hat uns der sehr fleckige Teppichboden; und das während unseres Aufenthaltes kein einzigs Mal der Boden mit dem Staubsauger gereinigt wurde.Daher wahrscheinlich auch die Flecken von früheren Gästen. Es wurde uns aber mitgeteilt, daß eine Reinigungsaktion läuft, die aber noch nicht abgeschlossen sei. |

Das Spitzenfrühstück und W-Lan gratis und die Übernachtung in einem ehemaligen Fabrikgebäude waren schon die Reise wert. Der Parkplatz ist ab 23Uhr geschlossen! |

Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich es roch im ganzen Hotel nach Zigarettenrauch. Der Eingangsbereich ... selbst die Bettwäsche. |
