This hotell has a very good price/quality ratio. The rooms are really nice, the breakfast is good value for the money and it is easy to access the rest of the city via the tram lines 21 and 11. If you don't mind charing bathroom then I can really recommend this place. The elevator doesn't stop at the even floors. If you're bringing a lot of lugage or are disabled, then you should probably notify the staff in advance. Also a bit noisy, but it stopped around 23. And the location isn't amazing, but the trams stop just outside the door. |

This is a basic hotel for people travelling on a budget. Good location (walking distance from Frankfurt's main railway station). Free parking! Free WiFi! The staff are nice and helpful. The facilities are a little old (but work) and should be replaced. |

The breakfast in the morning (5euro extra)was fantastic! You'd have to pay twice that anywhere else. Rooms are small but comfy and clean. Staff was friendly and was patient with my terrible Deutsch and their bad english. While the shared bathroom was nice, a shared WC arrangement ought not to be this expensive. also the radiator heater in the bathroom was never very effective on any setting. |

Nice staff, good room, and the location was very close to the train station. Great value. The shower in my room always leaked water onto the floor when I used, and the reading lights next to the bed were blown, I told the staff about it two days in a row but it never got fixed. |

The location was excellent. The fact the room have a kitchen. The breakfasts were not so good. A employee that just speak German and didn't want or try to resolve our problem. The cups in the room were not clean each day. |

It was a filthy disgrace, the carpet had more stains than clear patches, we moved for one night to another room and then left this smelly, smoke filled disgusting hotel |

On Booking.com I specifically did a filter on "parking". This hotel stated free parking available upon reservation. When I made the reservation I specifically said I would be arriving by car at 11am and would need a parking. Upon arrival I was told that parking had already been taken by "other customers". A woman in front of me at the reception was making exactly the same complaint. Regarding the free parking, it turned out to be 3 or 4 spaces on the pavement right in front of the hostel. Surely the hotel's claim of free parking being available upon reservation is a major breach. I ended up having to park, paying for 24hours in an open public parking in a very dodgy area (the hotel is near the station). When I asked the hotel to refund me the cost of the parking the woman at reception said it was not her problem, refusing to let me speak to the manager. I requested that the manager call me back. I never received a call. More generally, this place as soon as you walk in the door has the air of a hostel / a student Halls of Residence. |

The hotel was within very reasonable walking distance from the Messe Frankfurt and from a metro stop. The room was rather spacious and the bedding was adequate and comfortable. There were good restaurants within walking distance as well that serve food past 11pm, which was handy. The hotel's offerings are minimal and the building is showing its age. The hotel only has a few parking spaces and we could not find any parking nearby so we had to spend 25 EUR for less than 24 hours in a nearby garage (but, at least there is a parking garage; trying to find a spot on the street can be very difficult). Aside from this, the price was reasonable for a stay in a major city and was conveniently located by the Messe Frankfurt, which suited our purpose nicely. |

Clean, comfortable, modern furniture, pleasant bathrooms I had difficulties logging into the wifi network from the second building (weak wireless signal), but upon contacting the reception I was moved in the main building where the signal was perfect. I guess that the timing of my stay (july, no business visitors, hotel was half-empty) certainly helped. |
