The hotel staff are very pleasant, helpful, and professional. Moreover, when our daughter lost her ring in the hotel and was quite sad, the hotel owner found it and chased us down to give us the ring as we were departing. A truly kind gesture and a testament to their professionalism. The hotel is ideally located in the city center and we recommend eating in their restaurant--the food is absolutely fabulous! The parking situation is not ideal, though that is hard to be avoided with the location in the city center. They have a private parking lot approximately 400 meters from the hotel and charge a fee for its use. If they made it free for their guests, however, it would be much more palatable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic! It wasn't a problem for us but there are a lot of steps to the rooms and that could be a problem for some guests.

Room was clean and comfortable and maid service was very good, Breakfast was very good as was other meals, waitresses were very friendly and service was excellent. Location was central and was a pleasant walk through middle of town to riverside. The floor of the shower was very slippy and a fair bit higher than that of the bathroom, you had to be careful entering and exiting the shower cubicle. The hotel owners could have offered more friendly greetings on arrival and a handshake and "please come back again" when we were leaving. We were not looking for hugs and kisses but from a family hotel you expect that kind thing.

Perfect location right in the centre of Bernkastel. Surrounded by cafe restaurants and within easy walking diistance of the River Mosel. The staff were extremely friendly and spoke English (my basic German is not good!) and they loved our little boy, to the extent that they gave him toys when we left. Secure parking was available, and although it was not at the hotel iitself, it was a short 200 metre walk away. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice available. The only slight drawback we encountered was no lift (elevator). This proved interesting getting our bags and child's pushchair up to our room, but it was not a major hassle.

Im Zimmer wie im gesamten Haus eine Sauberkeit, die man in Gasthäusern nur selten antriftt.Das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich und ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Speisekarte war übersichtlich aber dafür vorzüglich in Frische und Qualität. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis OK.

Unser Zimmer befand sich in der 2. Etage, es war modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es wurde jeden Tag geputzt und die Betten gemacht. Der Gastraum ist schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und gut. Vor dem Hotel befinden sich Tische und Stühle zum Essen oder Kaffeetrinken, wo man sehr gut sitzen konnte. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer guten Lage umgeben von anderen Hotels und Ferienwohnungen, dahinter liegen die Weinberge. Wir waren jeden Tag im Hotel Abendessen, was uns immer wieder gut geschmeckt hat. Man kann dieses Hotel nur weiter empfehlen. Die Eigentümer als auch das Personal waren sehr freundlich.

Betrieb durch wenige zimmer.alles da qwas man braucht.wer wert auf ausblick wuenscht sollte eines der komfortzimmer buchen .die doppelzimmer blickemn zum hinterhof der altstadt bedsingt winzig un verbaut ist.qualitativ hochweertige. Betten. Lassen einemn fantastisch schlafen.das fruehstuck toppt alles,sserviert. Am tisch werden verschiedene sorten brot und broetchen,wurst,kaese,obst frisch und bereitsn hgeschnitten,muesli,joghurt,eier,alles taeglich wechselnd.der perfekte start in den tag

Idéalement placé, quasiment au centre ville, pas besoin de voiture pour se déplacer, restauration sur place, bien que de nombreux restaurants abordables à proximité,télé un peu petite pour qui porte des lunettes,

Ontbijt was uitstekend met alles er op en er aan. Ontvangst was uitstekend. Zeer moeilijk toegankelijke kamers op de 2 de verdieping. We verbleven samen met een ouder echtpaar in het hotel maar door de steile en vele trappen was het ontzettend moeilijk en lastig om de koffers tot op de bovenste verdieping te brengen. minpunt was ook dat de private parking moest betaald worden (€3,00). Voor en rond de omgeving van het hotel kan geen enkele wagen geparkeerd worden.

Heel vriendelijk onthaal van Mevr. Burkard. De kwaliteit van onze kamer kwam helemaal overeen met onze verwachtingen. Meer dan uitstekend ontbijt. Heel vriendelijke omgang met de eigenaars en het personeel.
