Very spacious room with big beds. Comfortable bed spreads and matresses. Good decoration in the room which make us at home. The owner is very kind. With a little money, he offered us pick up at the train station. He gave us a very detailed map of the area for dinning outside. Breakfast is excellent. Location is good, close to Europa Park. There is no curtain in the room (probably because we live in the penthouse area). Although it is dark outside, if there was curtain it would be perfect.

was good and nice place The city was quiet and Comfortable The room clean and cool I receive massage from gastehaus Alba about ((after your departure we noticed that you had broken the glass plate in the fridge. We had to buy a new one for € 37,- And you had so much garbage that we had to buy 2 extra garbage bags from our local community for total € 8,- We took these cost in summary € 45,- from your credit card.)) I don’t know any think about this way is this That’s unsuitable from them I left every think Such as what is way they say that I don’t. no and I do not agree any cut out from my credit card They want to Renewal them hose from my many no I don’t acceptable

We've stayed in the 5 guest appartment and it wasn't mentioned that it is under the ground! It was clean but we couldn't stand the smell of the appartment because of the location under the ground! Also the staff were not hotel oriented mentality, Although we left the appartment as clean and tidy as we received it, they complained about a drop of water on the carpet! They also measuring the amount of the waste in the garbage! Inspite of being mentioned that it is a 5 guest appartment,It was only one room with 5 beds and open kitchen (studio). The mattress was too old,cheap and smelly.

The staff is very bad in dealing with guest and thay not trust them thay think thay will distroy the flat. The man who manage the flat want to enter before my wife get out . And I told him this is not Allowed .

Ausgesprochern nette Gastgeber und sehr saubere Räumlichkeiten. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Mit 4 Personen haben wir ein Doppel- und ein Dreibettzimmer belegt. Störend war, dass bei der Rechnung 5x Frühstück berechnet wurde.

La chambre est spacieuse avec salle de bain tres propre. Balcon. Le bouilloire dans la chambre (pratique quand on voyage avec une fille en bas âge) Le personnel tres sympatique.

Mes amis et moi étions à Rust pour profiter du parc Europa Park (à 10mn en voiture). L'appart'hotel était parfait, très bien équipé (vaisselle, four, coin évier, réfrigérateur, tv, canapé, etc.). L'accueil y est chaleureux. Devoir prendre les poubelles dans la voiture pour les jeter à la benne imaginaire que nous avait indiquée notre hôte (grrr !).

De ruimte was zeer riant en ruim voldoende om met 2 volwassenen en 4 kinderen te verblijven. Goed uitgeruste keuken en ruime badkamer. Balkon om buiten te zitten. Tevens mocht je gebruik maken van de tuin.Ook heel prettig dat we gelijk sóchtends na onze reis in de kamer terecht konden. Het is ( met de auto ) lekker dichtbij het pretpark en na een hele dag drukte vind je hier zeer zeker je rust en ontspanning.

Nous avons réservé pour deux personnes et nous nous sommes retrouvées dans un immense appartement qui aurait pu en accueillir 6 voire 8 ! Déco de très bon goût, litterie confortable, petit balcon, télé avec nombreuses chaînes, canapé de luxe !!! Les hôtes sont charmants et le monsieur parle très bien français, contrairement aux autres chambres d'hôte. Rien à redire. Tout était parfait

Appartamento comodo e dotato di tutti I comfort necessari, anche cucina ben attrezzata. Il padrone di casa è stato piuttosto scortese e poco paziente sia con noi che con gli amici che viaggiavano con noi: la colazione finiva alle 9°° e alle 8.45 passavano già a avvisare di finire in tempo e iniziavano a pulire attorno a chi stava ancora mangiando. Al mattino dopo il nostro arrivo ha mandato I nostri amici a dire di attivarci per il pagamento...quando la sera prima ci era stato detto di passare in mattinata con calma a regolare il conto. Il giorno della partenza ci è stato detto che dovevamo essere assolutamente raus (vedi fuori) per le 10°°, quando questo non era previsto né stabilito in precedenza e soprattutto poteva venirr detto in modo civile. Peccato. La moglie invece era più gentile.

Vermieter waren sehr nett, alles hat super geklappt, Zimmer sehr sauber, Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich, Freizeitpark nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Kommen bestimmt wieder.
