Spacious and clean rooms

The staff is not very nice and friendly I was really suprised to discover that adding a baby-bed for a 6-months baby costed 19EUR, also given that the bed did not include a matress...

Quiet, close to Ubahn stop so convenient for the city exploring.

Very convenient location, just a 10 minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof. It is in a side street so no disturbance from traffic at night if you like to sleep with the window open. The accommodation was very spacious, clean and comfortable. What we had was more like a small apartment - entrance vestibule, double bedroom, single bedroom leading off (with large wardrobe and a wall safe), plus bathroom with bath and shower. Excellent buffet breakfast, replenished regularly, served in a very nice, light dining room. Above all, the staff were lovely - very polite and helpful.

No English tv channels, if only for keeping up with the news.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable

I didn't like that the hotels weren't secure. And none of the lights in the stairwells were left on. It was a little scary to come and go in a dark hallway.

Spacy rooms

Cleanless, location, confort.....everything was perfect.

Clean hotel, reasonable price, perfect location just 10min walk from main railway station, close to the center.

Rooms with windows to the street may be a bit noisier.

There is not reception, a chap on a bike came to give me a code to be digieted in order to have the key. The hotel is quite scary. The bathroom is grotty. I think that to charge over 100 euros for this hotel was ludicrous. It's like an hostel. Never again.

Clean and big room. The hotel staff (reception and breakfast) all very kind and helpfull. Reception speaks fluent English. Location is close to main station (15 minutes walk) and sigjts of interest (20 minutes walk) but the hotel is nearby the subway and tram.

Reception was not 24hs (only during day time until 6 pm).

A nicely decorated, exceptionally clean 1 bed roomed apartment in a good location within Berlin. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, rooms were cleaned each day. Could not have asked for more at the price we paid. The accommodation was more like a comfortable residential flat than a holiday let. Delightful!

The apartment would have scored 10 out of 10 had there been saucepans provided for the 2 ring cooker in the property. However, this didn't cause any problems for us but would have been handy had we stayed longer than 4 nights.

Convenient location; good, freely available internet (wifi) connection

It s central location with secure car parking facilities. It is in walking distance to the main railway station, theatres, Charite Hospital with a lot of smaller cafes and shops close by. The staff are very accommodating and knowledgable in "touristy" things.

Some of the rooms are looking out onto a very busy noisy street. If you are not aware of this beforehand it can be difficult if you have the window open and are trying to sleep of a nighttime. We had booked 2 rooms one facing the street (noisy) and the other facing the courtyard (no problems with an open window during the night)

La disponibilità nell'accoglienza, in modo particolare la receptionist ha fatto il possibile per restituire i soldi della colazione nel momento in cui si è resa conto che no c'erano i tempi tecnici per farla.

Il fatto che come in altri luoghi d'Europa non si utilizzino quanto meno delle persiane per rendere meno illuminati gli ambienti di notte; in modo particolare il cucinino aveva una tenda bianca che lasciava intravvedere troppa luce

地下鉄の駅から歩いて５分程度。 交通量が少なく静か。 部屋は広く使い易かった。 近くにスーパーやパン屋がある。

人数分の食器が揃っていなかった。 ドアの開閉が固く難儀をした。 ６時以降はフロントが閉まる。 エレベータはない。

Nya moderna möbler - IKEA. Fräscht. Trevlig matsal med Kosta Boda glas och tallrikar. Enkel men bra frukost. Bra läge.

Svårt att få tillgång till internet. Registrering ett måste. Kunde ha lösts enklare.

Ho soggiornato in un mini appartamento del Berlin Mitte: semplicemente perfetto! Dotato di tutti i comfort, massima pulizia, salone e cucina. Bagno grande e super accessoriato.

La camera da letto aveva due letti singoli e non un matrimoniale.

Excelente estadia. Funcionários educados e prestativos. Boa localização, a poucos metros da estação do metrô. Apartamento amplo e muito bem equipado. Limpeza feita diariamente. O único inconveniente foi a ausência de elevador, mas tal fato não comprometeu a boa qualidade da hospedagem.

Personal muy amable. Habitación muy amplia, con mesita con sillas, heladera y mesada. Cerca de la estacion principal de Berlin.
