Located in the quiet Kaltunbrunn district of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, this guesthouse offers large rooms and apartments with south-facing balconies and free Wi-Fi. (See "-" for beginning) The owner apologized and very quickly found us another room in the nearest hotel, that was nice and even cheaper. So as a result we are satisfied. I don't know what to say about hotel itself, but in this pity situation they reacted as good as possible. Actually I don't know what to say about this hotel. Because of mistake our booking was sold twice (or something like this), and when we came, there were no room for us in the hotel. We arrived very late in the night and were dreaming to go to bed. So it was not very pleasant. But, (see +)

Schöne und ruhige Lage, kein Straßenlärm, da weit genug weg von der Hauptstrasse. Das Gästehaus ist leider derzeit von der Zugangsseite (Nordseite) eine Baustelle. Parken vor dem Haus ist wegen Baustelle nicht möglich. Zugang zum Haus ist ebenfalls nur über die Baustelle möglich. Lärmbelästigung gab es aber nicht, da wir nur übernacht waren.

انصح الجميع بإرتياد المكان والسكن فيه لطبيعة المكان والجو وصاحبة الفندق قمة في الأخلاق وحسن المعاملة وكأنها تعرفكم من زمان والسعر وخدم الغرف والإفطار جميل وخفيف واليوم في أوربا نادر ما تجد فندق في تعامله راقي ومهذب لا يوجد شي كل شي في الفندق جميل

Otimo hotel, a dona, Clara é muito animada e prestativa. O quarto é grande, limpo e bem funcional. O lugar e muito agradavel e tranquilo. Com certeza retornaria e recomendo.

Uns hat die ruhige Lage am besten gefallen. Das Zimmer und das Frühstück waren sehr gut. Funktionelle und geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Für unser Kind war es nicht langweilig; der kleine Spielplatz und die kleinen süßen Kaninchen...

Es war von Anfang an ein nettes familieres Verhältnis aufgebaut! Der Anschluß zu anderen Gästen war über den Aufenthaltsraum (Frühstück) schnell gegeben! Das Frühstück war ausreichend und vielseitig!

sehr engagierte, herzliche Gastgeberin; riesige Wiese hinter dem Haus mit Spielgerät dürfte v.a. Familien mit Kindern begeistern. Bisschen weg vom Schuss, Auto bzw. Fahrrad Pflicht

L'appartement, situé dans la maison de la propriétaire, est calme. On n'entend pas trop le train ni les bruits de la scierie. Accueil chaleureux. Lave-vaiselle et lave-linge. Grand balcon. 2 chambres séparées. Literie confortable. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Situation: à 50 m de la voie ferrée. Le parking est celui de la petite scierie tenue par le propriétaire, donc pas très propre. Il était de plus encombré de très gros tas de cailloux. Disposition de l'appartement . La pièce à vivre (cuisine + sàm) n'a pas de fenêtre mais est éclairée par une porte vitrée coulissante donnant accès à l'une des chambres, contenant un lit double et un canapé (ce qui correspond à la mention salon).
