В случае аннуляции или изменения до 18:00 даты заезда штраф не взимается
В случае аннуляции или изменения позднее этого срока или в случае незаезда взимается 80 процентов от стоимости первой ночи проживания
Размещение детей и предоставление дополнительных кроватей
При размещении всех детей старшего возраста или взрослых на имеющихся кроватях взимается EUR 20,00 с человека за ночь.
Максимальная вместимость гостей в номере - 6.
Дополнительные услуги не включаются автоматически в общую стоимость и оплачиваются отдельно в отеле.
Домашние животные
Размещение домашних животных допускается. Дополнительная плата не взимается.

We loved basically everything about our stay, including: delicious breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable room, location and more. It was just perfect for a relaxing time away. The free transfers to and from the airport were perfect and allowed the journey to be less stressful. Free bike hire was a plus as we were able to explore the countryside. 100% loved our stay! |

We are a family of four and enjoyed the family friendly atmosphere, the attention of the owners who nothing was too much trouble, such as little extras like coffee and cake and a wonderful barbeque. |

The rooms were excellent- fantastic size with seperate kitchen and bathroom off the hallway. Breakfast is organised to suit you and includes both cold and cooked selection served out on the sun terrace or inside the outdoor hut in the event of poor weather. Hosts are very welcoming, keen to help where necessary and even gifted a bottle of wine on departure. Highly recommended for a quiet break. |

The staff was very sweet and breakfast was amazing. The jacuzzi tub (the whole reason I booked the room) didn't work so I felt disapointed but she discounted our stay due to the faulty equipment. |

Monika looked after us throughout our stay from picking us up at the airport, setting up the barbeque, presenting us with a bottle of wine for our anniversary to dropping us off at the airport. A very relaxing few days. |

Everything was perfect!! You must email the hotel and let them know your flight arrival time and date, they will arrange pick-up absolutely free, drop you off at the shopping centre and secure your baggage for you so that you do not have to carry them around while shopping and come back to pick you whenever you wish!! Dont end up like we did and fork out €7. |

We felt very welcome. The staff are very friendly and have very good knowledge and information about the immediate and surrounding area. The room was spacious and well presented. There are good facilities available too. |

We were made to feel very welcome. Monika added so many extra special touches such as complimentary cakes and coffee on arrival, with chocolates for the children. Gluhwein one evening. Extra breakfast etc..We were collected and taken back to the airport and the designer outlet by Monika and her family.This was so much more than just bed & breakfast and we would definetly recommend this guest house |

Ich konnte mich mit meiner Mutter, sie ist 86 Jahre alt, wie zuhause fühlen. Es war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Meine Mutter ist gehbehindert, was wir vorab gemeldet haben. Besonders genossen wir, dass wir unseren eigenen Frühstücksraum hatten. Wir kommen wieder! |
