The customer service was outstanding. The hotel room was modern, clean, and well decorated. Parking was uncomplicated and free. Wi-Fi was free. Breakfast was included in the price of the room, and it was excellent. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Nothing.

Location, room Reception closed before nine. Internet for free, in the room, on the reservation, actually 1 euro per hour. The receptionst, the morning after told that I should have got a password at the reception to get free internet in the room, but I arrived late and the reception was closed. Indeed I arrived exactly at 8.55 pm. Not professional from them

- Low price, - Well furnished - Quality room - Nice town, - Very good breakfast, - Free parking Would stay there again. - Non existing "free wifi". Did not manage to get connected at all in the room as well as in restaurant. Tried 3 devices....

Clean, well maintained, and modern facility, close to good restaurants. Excellent beds, well naturally lit rooms, excellent breakfast with a lovely garden to eat in and on site parking and wi-fi. While check-out was 10:00 am they allowed us to stay in a gathering area for a while longer to visit with friends who had stayed with us.

Hotel was extremely clean and tidy, room was comfortable, bathroom well designed and equipped. All the staff were very friendly and willing to help. BREAKFAST WAS FANTASTIC!! Internet connection was a bit spotty now and again. On the whole, it worked.

Zeer goede tussenstop locatie voor overnachting als je op doorreis bent naar Italië. Ontbijt is zeer compleet met echt verse broodjes, lekkere kaas en vlees.

Останавливались в отеле приезжая на выставку в Базель, у нас был поздний chek in, все четко, ключ в ящике, открытая дверь в наш номер, ощущение что тебя ждут. Очень приветливый персонал, порекомендовали нампоужинать в ресторане Angel (замечательный ресторан).Очень чистый уютный отель,хорошее соотношение цена/качество.

Ich bin zum 2. Mal im Hotel Schacherer abgestiegen. Ich werde auch ein nächstes Mal wieder dort absteigen. Das W - Lan funktionierte nur eingeschränkt und nicht auf meinem Zimmer
