It was the worst day of our trip! The hotel photo looks nice nut inside you meet the terrible smell of Thai kitchen! It was everywhere! The floors in the room without carpets, and from the furniture you will find only bed and wardrobe. No any chairs or something. You can put your wears in the wardrobe or on the floor. The blanket and pillows is so old that you can know how was smell of the people in the last century. We come to this hotel too late and had to stay for the first night, but we want to leave it asap. On the next morning I don't want to eat, stay E.T.c in this place! We try to explain our reaction to the owner,but he said that he not need the customers like me. He have very good businesswith this place- taking money for the two or three nights and on the first everybody want to leave this terrible place!

Hotel is very close to Park entrance. Free parking even after check out. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable.

The room was large and looks more like an apartment. It was very close to the Europa Theme park - just 5 minutes walk and we had plenty car space parking

Closeness to Europapark, room rates, excellent food, really friendly people, nice pool where kids can "calm down'' after visit to Europapark

Room was spacious and clean. The staff were very accommodating and the food was excellent. Set in a very nice location and it was a true 5 minute walk to Europa Park.

The hosts, were all very gracious and helpful, the rooms were also exactly what we needed for our large family. Breakfast buffet was delicious, and it was only 10 minutes walking distance from the Europa Park entrance. I would definitely stay again.

Das Hotel ist sehr nahe zum europapark (ca. 5 Geh-Minuten zum Haupteingang). Auto kann am hoteleigenen Parkplatz für die Dauer des Parkaufenthaltes abgestellt bleiben. Personal des Gästehauses sehr höflich und zuvorkommend.

Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig.

Keurig hotel met een uitzonderlijk vriendelijk personeel. Een echte aanrader. Gratis parkeren achter het hotel, met snelle toegang tot het Europapark.

Nous avons aimé parce qu'il était proche Europa Park. Petit déjeuné très bon.

Nous avons eu une chambre au rez de chaussé qui ne sentait pas très bon, ensuite un escalier qui menait aux autres chambres était devant notre porte et à chaque passage nous étions réveillés ou par le bruit ou la lumière qui s'allumait et s'éteignait. La piscine un peu plus petite que sur la photo ! ! !

4 Personenzimmer hat lediglich aus einem Bett und 2 zusätzlichen Matratzen (allerdings ohne Bettgestell und Lattenrost) bestanden. Sauberkeit des Badezimmers war nicht so überragend

Proximité d'Europapark, Petit déjeuner copieux et varié (pain, confiture, nutella, 3 variétés de céréales, fromages, jambon, saucisse, yaourt, fruits, petites boules de Berlin, 2 sortes de jus de fruits, thé, café, chocolat chaud...)

Chambres pas insonorisées. On entends tout ce qui se passe dans la chambre d'à côté. Nos voisins sont partis à 6h30 du matin en nous réveillant. Pas de stores dans les chambres donc on se réveille avec le soleil matinal.
