Excellent, friendly, helpful staff that gave us loads of local information. Ideally located for the railway station and the city. Within easy walking distance to the centre and with tram stops right outside to take you to any area of the city. There was secure parking and a supermarket within 10 minutes walk. This beautiful and large apartment exceeded our expectations in almost every way and we would highly recommend both Dresden and this apartment. The only downside was a lack of a lift as we were on the third floor. However, we were informed of this during the booking process and by the hotel prior to arrival. |

Extremely friendly and relaxed family atmosphere. Good breakfast considering size of the hotel. Perfectly working WiFi (internet). Good location and plenty of room (apartments with kitchen). Secure parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and even stayed for an extra day. Suitable for physically fit only (101 steps to top apartment). Close to railroad (some noise if windows open). No shower curtain. |

The Guest House is a modest family run establishment with very comfortable rooms and a very good breakfast. It is centrally located for visiting the major sites of Dresden which are easily accessible by tram or on foot.I would highly recommend this establishment to the budget conscious traveller. |

Nice family-own hotel, the son gave a warm welcome and provided very useful information to get to kunstpassage and ebel bank, the parents are friendly too. I feel I live with them for several days, not only for one night. Difficult to decide wether we pay extra 7 Euro each for breakfast. |

Small very well run hotel. Much larger and attractive room than standard hotels, nice breakfast, very friendly staff. It shows that these people take pride in making their guest feel at home. 4 Tram-lines in front of the hotel, walking distance to Neustadt train station and city centre. |

Zentrumsnähe zur Neu- als auch zur Altstadt. Alles in 10 min. erreichbar. Die Zimmer sehr geräumig und hell. Das Frühstück schmackhaft und ausreichend. Parkplätze auf dem Gelände. Viele Informationen zur Umgebung bekommt man vom freundlichen Vermieter. Wir kommen gern mal wieder. Direkte Lage am Kreuzungsbereich. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle vorm Haus. |

La ubicación es muy buena (a 15 minutos andando del centro de la ciudad). El personal es muy amable, las habitaciones confortables y sin ruidos del exterior. Limpio y agradable. |

Wir haben uns im Haus Metz sehr wohl gefühlt, ein herzlicher Empfang, sehr gemütlich und ruhig und ein tadelloses Frühstück! Wir würden sofort wieder dort wohnen beim nächsten Dresden-Besuch. |

Está muy bien situado entre la zona nueva y la vieja de la ciudad, puedes ir andando a todos los sitios y si no, tienes al lado la estación y paradas de tranvia. Nuestro apartamento (suite) era enorme. Tiene el encanto personal de ser una antigua casa alemana llevada por una familia extraordinariamente amable dispuesta a ayudarte en todo lo que sea. No tiene ascensor. Lo peor son las maletas, pero a nosotros nos las subieron y bajaron ellos. De cualquier forma para nosotros fue un problema menor lo de subir y bajar escaleras, el encanto del alojamiento lo compensa. |

Mooi en goed onderhouden alleenstaand pand. Rustig hotel ondanks dat alle kamers bezet waren. Mooie grote kamer en vriendelijke eigenaar. Koffie en thee maken op de kamer en gevuld koelkastje (tegen vergoeding). |

Die zentrale Lage, die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Betreibers, die Sauberkeit, die Parkmöglichkeit. Da an der Hauptstraße gelegen relativ laut, aber die Fenster isolieren recht gut. |
