This family-run hotel lies in the village of Heidenau, 3 minutes from the A1 motorway. Established in 1822, Hotel Burmester features free Wi-Fi, a traditional restaurant and its own historic bakery. Rooms at Hotel-Gasthaus Burmester are simply decorated with traditional country furniture. All rooms include satellite TV and a private bathroom with shower. A breakfast buffet is provided each morning in the rustic-style restaurant with its dark wood panelling. All meats are produced on site, and the restaurant also specialises in local game and fish dishes. Just 4 km from the moorland countryside of the Evertorfer Moor, Hotel-Gasthaus Burmester is an ideal base for hiking and cycling here in Lower Saxony. Good price, nice quiet location, breakfast good. Internet very poor, do not expect reception in the rooms, or anywhere in the hotel! I was given access to a room above router that gave minimum access, minimum investment by hotel would cure this, they should do this without delay! Restaurant closed, not very happy about this on monday I stayed.

Gemoedelijk hotelletje in klein dorp vlak bij de snelweg,prima als je op doorreis bent. Je kan er een goeie warme hap krijgen en het ontbijd is goed
