The rooms and bathrooms were private and spacious. Good location was in walking distance from the Christmaskindlmarkt and the two main spas. Parking and reception. There was no place to park the car to unload baggage or to check in. Had to temporarily illegally park to get one of our two room keys (which required a deposit), and the staff member would not provide the second key until the other occupant was available. Receptionist unfriendly at night, although morning cafe server was very friendly. |

It was near to everything. Freedom to come and go.Cosy cafe for breakfast with locals to talk to. It would have been nice to have a less rushed filling in of forms immediately on check-in. Could there be a kettle with sachets for coffee and tea in the room and some fruit for the basic breakfast? However, the price was good for what I had. |

I enjoyed comfortable large clean room in a very convinient location. It took us about five minuteds to get to the Austerlitz plats. It was not so easy to find the hotel as it had several buildings. It was really difficult to find a reception. I didn't like that the building I was living in had no reception at all, the door of the building was always opened, and I didn't feel safe in it. |

A reasonably priced hotel in the heart of Baden-Baden. Rooms were old but clean. Breafast was around the corner from the rooms, but in a very pleasant cafe with delicious food. Beautiful city. |

Boa localização. Tivemos dificuldade de encontrar a recepção do hotel que fica em outro edifício, em rua diferente. Além disso, o staff me pareceu mais focado em atender o público do restaurante que faz parte do hotel, do que com os hóspedes. |

La posizione strategica, anche se per il check-in ci siamo dovute recare al ristorante che aveva lo stesso nome (fortunatamente) ma un indirizzo diverso! Le tende che lasciano filtrare tutta la luce mattitina! |
