Hotel staff were very friendly even helping me carry my bags to my room (which isn't attached to the hotel) My room was clean & more spacious than all others I had stayed in at that price range. I had a larger than normal single bed & it was nice & quite. It had a very nice bathroom with a separate toilet with hand basin (toilet is very close to the wall in front of it so squashy knees.) Its behind a building that is in front of a beautiful fountain & park & its only 2-5 min walk from the centre of town. Breakfast variety was excellent.

Central. Basic accomodation. An ok hotel. Nowt special. Spartan breakfast. Small, old tv. No lift. Newish large bathroom with small light bulb that made it look darker! A tad overpriced, I'd say.

It has very good location, near all the monuments and plus the bath place. The staffs are very nice. Only one thing, the bedsheet is not very comfortable. All in all, the hotel deserve your money.

The staff was phenomenal and the breakfast outstanding. The room was very clean and made up every day. Because it is in a busy area of Baden-Baden, in a small street, any noice from the outside is amplified by the "echo" of the surrounding buildings. The way the TV was mounted on the wall, made for an uncomfortable TV watching position in this small room. Also, because of this, the matress was not in top shape. It was easy to notice where people sat when watching TV.

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. We agreed with two different members of staff to have an early breakfast, once at check-in and again in the evening. However, when we got to the breakfast room at the agreed time, the person serving the breakfast was rude, didn't really want to serve us breakfast and we ended up having just a few things she had available. The entrance of the hotel (the cafe) was really smokey because the "smoker's room" is just above.

Location is good. My work metting was very near of the hotel. 1) I didn't like the fact that although the bathroom was cleaned there were some cigarettes and cigars pieces and the toilette smell like smoke all over and I am not a smoker so was very unpleasant to find that in the bathroom when I arrived. 2) I found 4 extra bottles of Coke used already half empty in the fridge from I assume another customer, so probably they forgot to clean the fridge.

Everything was exellent. Perfect location, nice room, professional staff, good service, restaurant open until 24.00 and the meal and coffe are very delicious. The hotel staff is perfect. Especially Nathalie and Markus Bergt, we were feeling like home.

Great location!!! staff very friendly. I left at 6am and there was no one in the reception, I had to leave my key at the mail box, since there was a sign saying to make sure to lock the front door. It took me a while to figure out where to leave the key.
