We stayed in a Pension next door which was satisfactory. It was well positioned for touring the surrounding area. There was a run down feel about the place, the swimming pool was covered in algae and had ducks swimming on it. The whole place smelt of cigarette smoke which was totally unacceptable in public areas. |

The staff and owners were friendly. The sauna was great after a day's skiing. Food was nice and with generous portions. The owners sat and smoked next to the eating area so the whole restaurant smells of cigarette smoke |

When you enter the room, you will feel a big surprise, for it's so warmfull and nice. Of cause, the service there is also good! I would like the breakfast food, Cool! |

Liked having a bath as well as a shower. Though our room only had a side view the balcony was a nice size and the flowers were lovely. The buffet breakfast was also good and fresh. Staff were nice. It needed updating. The public areas were a bit grubby. The swimming pool and area was not good enough and not kept as clean as it should. Also the road at the front was very busy this was not mentioned in the hotel`s details. We also asked for a no smoking room only to find we shared our balcony with a smoker. |

siamo stati veramente bene.La stanza ben ariosa, pulita, personale, seppure non parlava in italiano, bsi è dimostrato molto disponibile e cordiale.Pensiamo di ritornarci presto per poter visitare altre località della Foresta Nera. Saluti Carmen e Luciano p.s. Non riesco a capire il motivo per cui quest'Hotel attualmente non compare nell'elenco visualizzato. |

Grande chambre très claire et calme. La restauration de l'hôtel est d'un excellent rapport qualité prix. Le sauna n'est pas mis en valeur au fond d'une cave. |

Bon accueil et gentillesse de l'équipe nous font oublier les côtés négatifs!Nous avons apprécié les buffets du matin et du soir,et la bonne cuisine familiale. La literie demande a être changée,les draps de dessous n'étaient pas en place! Bref,deux lits sur trois sont en mauvais état... |
