Located in the Black Forest resort of Neukirch, this historic guest house offers traditional Baden cuisine, free Wi-Fi, and a free garage. The Schonach-Belchen ski trail and Westweg hiking trail are 20 metres away. All of the quiet, functionally furnished rooms at Gasthaus zum Hirschen include a TV. Bathrooms are either private or shared. The Hirschen’s restaurant serves fine Charolais beef from the guest house’s own farm. Varied buffet breakfasts are prepared in the mornings. Guests at the Hirschen can walk to 3 ski lifts in only about 10 minutes. Lake Titisee is 27 km away. Motorbikes can be securely stored in the garage. We stayed for 6 nights and had the worst experience ever: 1. The room was dirty and not prepared for visitors (The sink and toilet were with old stains). 2. The room was not cleaned during our stay. 3. The trash cans were not emptied (only after we asked for by putting them in the middle of the room). 4. The room was full of flies and we had to "fight" with them during the nights. 5. The linens were not changed during the all stay. 6. The floor was shaking and not level. 7. The toilet paper was added only when we asked for. 8. Not worth the money we paid. 9. Will not go back there ever again!

Très propre, bon restaurant, propriétaires très agréables, cerise sur le gâteau: la propriétaire sert en tenue traditionnelle! Petit bémol : les propriétaires ne parlent que l allemand

Das Hotel genügt einfachen Ansprüchen, ist ordentlich und sehr sauber, die Betten sehr gut, das Essen gut, die Lage zentral und doch ruhig.

Sehr ordentlich, freundlicher Service und gute Küche. Ideal zum Langlaufen, da direkt am Fernskiwanderweg. Als Zwischenstop bestens geeignet.
